this whole album was a ride; I recommend devil by the window and tinnitus (also from the album), all of the songs off the album sort of tie together
other bangers from them that you might like; frost, 0x1 = Lovesong, lonely boy, and good boy gone bad (they don't have a lot of songs with rap, but all of them can rap)
TXT is such a fun group since everyone in the group is an all arounder, meaning all of them sing, dance, and rap. There's no fixed roles in the group and they all fill whatever role they need to for certain songs or eras. Yeonjun probably gets recognised the most for his rapping but they're all so good. They are also all pretty tall. Since you're a stay I definitely recommend googling pictures of TXT standing next to Stray Kids because it's HILARIOUS. Soobin (blond) is especially tall.
You made a comment wondering about the liar line, and this ties into their lore. They actually have an extremely extensive and complex lore and one of the overarching themes is lying/keeping secrets. The very bare bones simplistic story of the lore is all 5 of them met on The Magic Island. They all had some sort of ailment but came together to become best friends forever. They made a promise to the star that they would always be together forever but then they all returned to the present day and forgot their promise. They one day try to go back to the Magic Island but one of the stipulations of returning is that they have to keep their eyes closed while traveling to the island. However, one of them opens their eyes and it starts unraveling reality. They have 3 short lore films, "Nap of the Star", "Magic Island", and "Eternally" that has the bulk of the main lore for them. Though there are technically 3 timelines for their lore and it gets a bit confusing. The 3 lore films are one timeline, then there's songs like Can't You See Me, 0X=LOVESONG, Blue Hour, and Angel or Devil which are all set in the present day. And then there's songs like Cat & Dog, Puma, and Magic which have nothing to do with the lore. If you're confused, then honestly so am I. I've been deep in this lore since I got into kpop in early 2021 and idk what is happening but I love them a lot. They're crazy talented and absolutely hilarious.
My favourite songs of theirs are probably "0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I love You)", "LO$ER=LO♡ER", "Can't You See Me", "Puma", and "Blue Hour" Lovesong and Loser Lover are very rocky songs and were definitely what made me absolutely fall hard for them. Yeonjun gets a good rap in Puma and the dance is fantastic.
I don't know about what the official backstory for the mv and song is or anything, but this was my interpretation:
Sugar and the rush/high you can get from it is used as an analogy for a dark desire they are succumbing to. Just like how sugar is bad for you and can make you feel dizzy/sick (hence the anemia line) they crave for it anyways, because the sweetness is just too good that it breaks down their reasoning (opens their locked doors/forbidden desires). Whether this dark desire is for you know what with a devilish person... no clue lol. But they knew what they were doing with the vibe of choreo and the mv is all imma say😂
this song is part of their storyline so there's layers. They are trapped on magic island and trying to get out. There is an evil on the island and is changing them the longer they stay. That is what i am getting and hear from others.

Their albums all tell a story so they are broken up by Chapters, this one is about falling to temptation
The concept is basically Peter Pan and they're the Lost Boys that have been tempted into Neverland
I love them so much, their music is incredible highly recommend listening to literally any song by them

Txt knew what they were doing cause damn that was their first sexy themed comeback and they slayed 🔥 had to drink some tea to calm down at that chorus 😂 i assume they took drugs on the island. Some moas (txt fandom name) think it can also be seen as the island that is full of magic and they enjoyed all that freedom at the beginning (freedom you have when you still a teen without responsabilities) but at the end they rejected the island and at the same time that freedom. It's like they lose their innocence to come back to their senses and enter the adult world. Leaving neverland is the concept of the album that's why it makes sense.

I forgot to tell but the songs i would recommend are Frost (performance video), Puma because it's one of the only they made with a full rap verse and 0X1= LOVESONG which sounds and feels like nothing you'll experience while watching a kpop mv. This song literally has a feeling, a soul or idk how to explain but u can literally feel this song. Good boys gone bad sounds kinda basic to me in the kpop universe. 0X1= LOVESONG is way more unique imo. Also their new album is a must!

I’m anemic and I get light headed dizzy and often get goosebumps sometimes it feels like im in a daze if I don’t take my medicine or the temperature around changes to fast I get nauseated. so maybe that’s what they meant. That light headed feeling and the goosebumps. Idk just guessing 😂

Hi, I am back. Good reaction, ty. I have their album "Still Dreaming". It was a gift from my HS pal. To my surprise I knew 3-4 songs on there that I heard in the past and liked. I liked the album. =0) I don't plan to buy their stuff. BTS is my focus and i am usually broke. 😅But I am slowly trying to learn more about them. I love Lovesong it's my fav. from them. Adore the rock influence. It's so bloody catchy. For me at the start I was Beomgyu biased. We both Pisces. Yeonjun was the wrecker and 3rd fav was Soobin. Now i am Yeonjun biased 😅, Beomgyu wrecker and Soobin is still 3rd. Kai became a problem in Good Boy Gone Bad. The long hair dang. 0.0 And Terry is a small problem in Lovesong. And i am still asking myself What happened? 0.0 Lol. I am a mixed media artist. I love their vocals and rap. And they kill it for dance. I am ult Jimin biased, Suga wrecker, OT7 so the dancers get me. And I am into looks because visual person. Plus Jimin is bloody charming and a flirt and I see that in Yeonjun too. But yeah that's my story. =0p Sugar Rush Ride was not bad on 1st listen. The more i hear the song the catchier it sounds. I am getting used the rhythm. The visuals were great. Loved the vocals too and fits. The whispering is deadly though. 0.0 I say they are too young to be exploring Temptation!!! Geez. There is a storyline in their music. Do u know? We are on Magic Island. They where in Bali Indonesia for this one i think. Love the waterfalls and trees. To me Yeonjun seems to be affected by the island he is the devil. Him and Beomgyu are pulling this theme off splendidly and u know what i need them to stop. ASAP. Gah. Hope u check out Devil by the window and Farewell Neverland too from this album. Both good songs. My fellow army are not here yet, so I feel a certain responsibility to give you more suggestions 🤣 for more Jhope I'd suggest Hansang (the Lollapalooza performance) or Arson live at Lollapalooza to get an idea of his amazing energy on stage. If you're up for checking the other BTS rappers, I'd suggest Daechwita (by AgustD also called Suga), Interlude shadow (by Suga), Joke (by RM), Persona (by RM), UGH (by all three rappers, I think you'll really like the beat in that one). Also, Mic drop (by all BTS members).. these are just suggestions of course, thanks for the video!

I agree. Their new MV is "Ay Yo" and I think Teddy will like it. I felt like 2 Baddies may have soured Teddy's interest in NCT a bit, since he didn't really love the song and hasn't reacted to them again (except for the WayV comeback "Phantom" which he did like, although he reacted to them without knowing they were part of NCT too). I really hope he gives NCT another chance - especially since they are so rap & r&b heavy. Still really hoping for a reaction to "Misfit" (NCT U) and "Simon Says" (NCT 127).

I’m still shocked you reacted to this song. It’s not what I would put into the “your vibe” category. But I’m glad you did. I’ve ended up really loving TXT. If you want more from them, I love Opening Sequence, Puma, Loser=Lover and Lovesong.
