Are there any Ghibli fans? I am a big one and probably seen all the movies!
This is actually not a new build, I just updated it and added more details. I made a Marnies Marsh house over a year ago and decided to give a second life to this gorgeous build!
Do you think it looks accurate? And if it does what should I try next?

I tried to make Arriety's small house and Sophie's hat shop at some point, but they didn't turn out great, as I lacked both packs and patience 😛 I wonder what you could make of them, I think they would be wonderful! Maybe you could try one of those next, since you love Ghibli movies? 😄

I'm a huge Ghibli fan too! I have dolls, postcards, stickers, notebooks of studio ghibli stuff and i didn't watch all of them, but my favorite one is when marine was there abd this is why i love this video!
Your builds make me feel nostalgic for a place I've never been too. They feel so wonderful and warm if that makes sense ☺️

I agree with others, there's certain nostalgia and beauty in your builds that's hard to explain. The sort of 1995 Casper or Meet Me in St Louis/Belle Epoque poster style and feel.

I'd love to see you do so many builds from Ghibli films. Kiki's little apartment over the bakery (I always wanted to live there when I was a kid), Howl's castle, I also love the OTHER house from When Marnie Was There. It's so cozy and probably one of my favorite houses in the Ghibli films.
Ghibli houses are so realistic and detailed, very cosy at the same time nostalgic... and the ones that you mentioned are just so lovely, I should certainly go back watching animes and recreating those beautiful builds....🥰☺ At the moment I;m working on tv show and movie houses, but perhaps a little later I''ll revisit this idea!

how did you get the floor plan sketch? I want to get it because of a university architecture assignment.🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
I usually just watch the movie or TV show very carefully and try to recreate the rooms and connect them.
It's a little bit exhausting to do that, cos you need to pause the movie many times to see all the details.
Sometimes you can find the floorplan images online ( but not all the time)...
