Magnolia Retirement Community is a large home for your elderly sims. It sleeps 8 sims and has tons of activities to keep your elder sims entertained. Click on the doors and use door locks to make gameplay a little easier. There is also a caregiver's apartment, someone who can give massages, lead yoga classes & prepare food.
It is no longer necessary to use the move objects cheat when placing lots built with the cheat on, however, I still recommend placing lots from the lot and not the world map. It is also better to place the lot on the lot it was built on, placing on another lot can change terrain paint and cause objects to disappear.

It was so good, tho, well worth the small wait. It is not only a very detailed build, but such a wonderfully done storyline and machinima. Judith and Eliza, a bestie match made in heaven if there ever was one. 😍 This inspired me to revisit my retirement home and vamp it up with all the nice content we've gotten since I built it. The best part is quite a bit of it came free in the Patches!

Sign me up for that retirement home. I love how the elderly have outfits that are more youthful and a retirement home that really pampers them and has plenty for them to do. You went the extra mile with the story for Judith Ward, and I loved it!

I like the idea of you building more functional builds in the neighborhoods- this retirement home is going to be so useful. like I feel like the gallery is lacking the snowy escape bathhouses, community centers, etc, like the more specific community lots

It's nice to see a build in Magnolia Promenade. I usually bulldoze the shops and make it a residential area. It's actually a pretty neighbourhood!

This is an amazing build for senior Sims in the game. That's a lot to go around to develop their skills even at their mature age. How to use this in the game for older Sims, like a rental home? Her story is heartwarming and colorful, being a superstar, to a wannabe, and being despised and having a good girlfriend at the end. Excellent job again.=)

The build itself is one of the best I've seen Schnuck. Your attention to detail is very good. The story later with Judith Ward and Eliza Pancake brought me to tears 😢. Can't wait for the next collaboration with Mandy. Love your work (you already know that) and beginning to enjoy Mandy's also. ❤💯💥👏❤

Just had to watch this beautiful build again.🤩 the elegant exterior continues as soon as you enter the reception. Neutral colours with a splash of colour here n there. Love the little courtyard with the perfectly chosen windows, the back garden with mini pool .. such a treat 😍 each room is planned with extreme attention to detail. Definitely one of your best builds together with last weeks trailer.

Finally connected my gaming laptop &updated my game, so I’ve downloaded all of your builds. Now I’m catching up on videos and trying to put them all where you intended. I’m simply stunned with this amazing home. Everyone has said it beautifully. This is next level perfection! The layers of thoughtfully planned detail, style, colors, realism, and the plump shiny cherry on top is that silent film that speaks louder than a cafeteria full of teenage girls. 🤯

Wait, even tho I got fired from a magnolia retirement home . 🤣🤣👏🏾👏🏾 I love the way this was built for elderly people. This is how they are , I’m sure you know this because you hit every corner .What are the odds of me running across this for 7 yrs. I glad to be gone in a sense, due to bad, horrible management crew and co workers . But it was so amazing to hear the elderly tell their stories and you just gave each one their stories inside of their rooms 😍😍😍👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💖💖💖. You just never know you can do it until you hear and elderly person tell their story, but this world want to usher them out. Crazy .😔😔

So many cool ideas! Double chest of drawers, mirrored closet door, fountain with jug, headboard from the door. I would add a medical room for more immersion, but it's already very good. Thank you so much for the wonderful construction. As always - aerobatics) PS and then I saw this wonderful story at the end... God, how touching and sweet it is. Don't cry, just don't cry...

Я бы добавила медицинскую комнату для большего погружения, но это и без того очень хорошо. Большое спасибо за чудесную постройку. Как всегда - высший пилотаж) П.с. и потом я увидела эту чудесную историю в конце... боже, как это трогательно и мило. Не плакать, только не плакать...
Thank you so much my friend - I had actually thought about putting a medical room in but decided against it because the lot is already very big and all the extra stuff makes gameplay laggy - I am always trying to balance this - I also was gonna make some fake elevators but sometimes I have to eliminate ideas so gameplay is as smooth as possible =)

This is apparently the moment when I realize that all mid range retirement homes have the same vibes. I was floored when I went to visit my grandma after she moved into one and she gave me the tour with the game room and the theater! If these were each individual apartments instead of bedrooms, I'd say we had visited the same retirement home! This is so cute and so very functional. Wonderful!
