His Undisputed title run although short was very good in terms of matches and variety of feuds and opponents. From Triple H to Hogan to RVD to The Rock and Angle, it was awesome. Undertaker turned heel when Triple H turned babyface. Then Undertaker turned face when Triple H turned heel. Both of them were also on opposite brands and when 'Taker went to Smackdown, HHH went to Raw.

Damn, that undisputed championship belt was gorgeous! In my opinion, one of the best looking belts in all of pro wrestling ever. WWE definitely should've kept that belt around a lot longer than they did. Another awesome video from the legendary, Wrestling Bios!! 👌
As soon as I saw the notification and it was from this channel featuring a new Undertaker video, I didn't hesitate to click it because I knew it was going to deliver and I wasn't disappointed. Even though Undertaker's undisputed title reign was short lived, he did a lot during that time and was a fantastic heel champion. He destroyed Hulk Hogan to win the title at Judgment Day and defeated Triple H at King of the ring to retain. In my opinion, July 02 was when he had two great matches back to back in the same week, he had a classic ladder match on Raw against Jeff Hardy and put him over in a big way, he wrestled against Kurt Angle in a classic match on Smackdown to a draw. I absolutely loved Undertaker's heel run as the 'Red Devil' character, he delivered some of his best work on the mic and in the ring. Keep up the good work 😊 👏
Even though I despised the character at the time, in hindsight this was my favourite version of The Undertaker. Using him as a dominant heel on RAW was genius, and he did a solid job of getting RVD & Jeff over. I think there was more potential to be mined from that dynamic with the lower card. They should have kept using him as a heel but also kept him strong like they were doing. There could have been big money in seeing the bully Undertaker being toppled, but the Vengeance Triple Threat was not the way to do it, as it left RAW superstars with no momentum.
RVD and Taker should’ve worked a long term program because their chemistry was great...I’ve always thought Undertaker had the best “big man vs smaller guy” matches
I still like the idea of one champion for the 2 brands then lesser titles underneath. Having 2 different titles representing the same thing is weird. Especially when you know the "brand" isnt a brand. Its all WWE.
Man, I absolutely loved that title. The Undisputed championship title was the most beautiful title belt they ever had. I wish they kept it longer than they did. I remember the day they got rid of it and replaced it with Cenas super ridiculous spinner belt I was so angry
The Big Evil gimmick really served The Undertaker well in 2002, refreshing his character significantly. The feuds he engaged in with Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, Triple H, Brock Lesnar, The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Jeff Hardy were some of the most entertaining and underrated of his entire career. The Undisputed title may have been terribly booked and storylines often had no cohesion, but it was still a chaotic and fun time to be a WWE fan. A lot was happening and you could never predict the next explosive event or story development that would occur. The problem was how complicated it became due to the lack of structure and long-term storylines. I wish the WWE would give this another try at some point in the future.
I'm pretty sure the part about The Rock giving his title shot to Hulk Hogan with left out. The Rock won at WrestleMania so the shot was his. He just gave it to Hogan.

I was always let down that they didn't stick to one top champion during the brand split... It makes so much sense, it elevates the mid card belts automatically in US N IC, being the singles title exclusive to that brand. You make the top title more special with not over exposing it, Never liked 2 main titles for each brand
I wouldn't want WWE to go back to having one main championship for both shows. People complain about wrestlers not getting a push, it would be worse with only one championship belt
