A Trail Race And a 5K Road Race with a 30 Minute Drive! You wouldn’t believe what HAPPENED!

I Accidentally Double Booked an 8 mile trail race with a 5k road race in one day with the start times TWO hours apart with a 30-minute commute in between them. To try to achieve this feat, I couldn’t do it alone, so I recruited Eric, the PLANNER, and Mikey, the GETAWAY driver. This was a four-step plan. Will my plan work? Or will this whole thing blow up in my face?

Haha, this was great. There were several years I thought about trying to do this double as both are awesome race but ultimately one must choose if one wants to truly race. Nice work on completing both!

Nice! Could you have gotten to the second race faster if the car was a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS, with a Normally Aspirated 420A Neon 16-valve DOHC 2-liter 4-cylinder engine, Stock 5-speed transmission, 75hp Nitrous Oxide System, Injen cold air intake, Bored-out throttle body, Axis Model Se7en 18″ Wheels, wrapped with Toyo 225/40/ZR18's, and AEM cross drilled front brake rotors?
