- All of SIGMA’s products are created in one single place, our Aizu factory, and then reach our customers all around the world. In this video, we focus on the people that create our products, the people that use them, and the environments that surround them. Scene by scene, we introduce some of our Aizu employees as well as their families, the beautiful nature of the Aizu region, and artists of different fields from all around the world.
It is our goal to match the passion driving artists to create new works with our own passion towards our products. With this video, we would like to present both an essence of our philosophy as well as the showcase the creative fervor of everyone who helped create it.

Sigma has never been an after-thought they have been my go-to for over the last two decades, even when I moved cameras from my much loved Olympus to Nikon my Sigma lens's have still shone through with their great quality and value.
いつか、いつか、FOVEONの載ったSIGMAのカメラとレンズで、こういった動画を撮れる時が来るのを楽しみにしています。
In the future, May be so far away future, I want to recording movie between SIGMA maked Foveon camera and SIGMA lens.

I remember when Sigma was used to be an afterthought. But when they released the Art, Sport, and Contemporary series. They really changed the game.
I remember those times as well! Now 50mm Art lens is my fauvorite and I'm considering another Art prime. It would be very interesting to read about the change that had to have happened in the company to make such an outstanding progress.
People say "you get what you pay for" as if more expensive is always better, then it's always so fun to remind them of the 35 1.4 ART which wiped the floor with the brand originals at half the price. And Sigma has continued that trend ever since.
It's amazing how Sigma can still produce the lens in Japan at a competitive price. Proudly print "Made in Japan" on their lens :)

I get a sigma lens and focus broke after 2 photoshoots. After, I get the worst customer service and I can't shoot for 3 month for that reason....need to use my others lens.
Which camera and lens was this shot on?
Sigma you build such good quality lenses but don't you know that your lenses suck at autofocus? I had bought excellent art series lenses but later I had to let them go because of autofocus issue. Even your usb dock didn't fix the autofocus issue properly. Do you know this or you don't!? Is this something that you can not fix? I will use all Sigma lenses on my Nikon camera if you fix this problem.
Sigma is my favorite lens maker, bought Art 3514, Art5014, Sport 150600, all of them take great photos except none of them focuses. 10/10 quality, 0/10 reliability. And I'm not being ironic here.
Hola soy peruano me llamo yosimar gamarra cucho les escribo por aqui sin temor ni verguenza a que diran pero les vengo a pedir un gran favor de corazon si la conpañia SIGMA ART me podria donar o venderme a un costo accesible, un lente. SIGMA ART 24-70mm 2.8 de su marca ya que aca en peru esta muy sobre valorado, actualmente compre una canon 6D y requiero una lente. Les estare aternamente agradecido una respuesta suyas.
How do you ensure radiation safety levels if you use japanese silica for lens glass? You are so close to Fukushima, does your factory have constant radiation monitoring?
