As you said, the State Government of Tamil Nadu refuse to give job, when NIOS pass-out students..As per as my concern, the said certificate should be evaluated by District Educational Officer as equivalent and the person who obtained the NIOS us equal to State Government certificate.. Please confirm that..

According to this Government order of Tamilnadu from Department of school education very clearly said that in point (3),
Equalent certificate can be used only for College studies and not for the Tamilnadu state government jobs.

Hello Keerthana ,Using your NIOS certificate you cant apply to TNPSC exams but you can apply for all Central Government jobs like UPSC, SSC, RRB
