The Necromunda stuff was grade A Awesome…. the Grand Dog and his Dog Soldiers are a reference to an OG Necromunda table top game creator, Andy Chambers , original gang…..
These brutal tabletop inspired dystopias also seem to have plenty of time for maintenance hair routines and cosplaying with matching outfits.

Very cool how everything in 40k doesnt have to be some grand space battle but stories like this
This is a total fantasy but imagine each of the original legions were their own game franchise.
I imagine them being 3rd person action RPG like Witcher 3.
The first game would be a Primarch game. Let's just say it's the Dark Angel franchise.
So the game starts as you crash into Caliban. The action would follow the lore - meeting Luther, hunting beasts, etc.
As you play you learn new skills or get better at existing ones. Your health, strength, etc would increase as you play. You would either find, create or be awarded new gear.
Eventually the Emperor lands and then things go according to the lore and you leave Caliban and head to Terra. This game in itself could have several games - this first one, then reunification, hersey, etc.
And then you'd have other games that focuses on other Dark Angels.
Or you could be an intiate and by the end ofthe first game you are a legit space marine.
Now, imagine this for all 18 legions!

@@rlserex8268 I'm glad you like the idea! I was actually thinking that if this turned out ti be successful that they could expand into Xenos. The orks would be great - you could have games on Ghaz or on the different clans.
So you'd start out as an ork as it emerges from the ground. And then as you fight or get things done, you become a nob and then a boss. Then you'd take on other bosses and their boyz till you get a Waaagh going and start going planet to planet, adding to your Waaaagh, krumping beakies, knife ears and all the other gitz.

Love some of the bits where it goes slowmo and it shows people being hit with the entire round, casing and all, even bolter shots wouldn't be firing the bit that holds the casing onto the bolt face...

In a universe as deadly as Warhammer, you have to innovate by making guns and bullets deadlier. Making the gun shoot the entire cartridge would be deadlier…

Aren't those Gyrojets? They fire the whole thing since it's a little jet. I know some 40K guns are gyrojets, and others are not.
