They asked some of the questions here and some others like “Give an example of when you were working in a team and you had multiple solutions to a problem” and “Talk about a time when you learnt something new and had to teach someone else how to do it”
@@kara_madelainex868 You just have to talk about some of your previous situations that would relate. For those questions specifically, I talked about how I was training with others in my lifeguard qualification and in school where we had to research different topics and present it to the class.
@@laibaanwary It was a while ago so I don’t remember that well, but from my memory, they asked me the two questions above and I think they asked me why they should hire me, they might have asked me how I would handle a difficult customer and they also asked a question about my knowledge of tk maxx. I also had to write my availability down on paper. I don’t remember anything else. Good luck.

I'd say take these answers as a base and adjust a few of the things. A lot of the time your availability and how easy going you are is the most important.
Sarai Marin Yes!! I was hired on the spot. I was asked about my previous work experience & background, what I liked the most about working at my old job and what I liked the least, my availability & also why I wanted to work there. Interview was about 20 mins for me

Why did you choose tk maxx? What do you do on your spare time? And he asked me some questions about different stations for example if a blind man came to the store, etc.. Fun Fact that's my first job which means I had no experience before, also he told me that my application wasn't informative enough, so he did ask some more general questions for example, how old are you?, etc..

It's important to prepare for a range of interview questions, including those that ask you to describe how you've handled specific situations in the past.
In other words, you have to say YES for everything they ask, you have to find the best solution to satisfy them, you have to work like a slave and in reverse you receive almost nothing. The minimum wage, very hard work, not an emphatic Staff which can understand when you have a problem…another form of a modern slavery but in a modern countries…No wonder why in future people will have to work like robots or they will be replaced by the robots.
