Testing out a new type of Candy Concentrate today. Teal candy mixed into Anthias Colorshift makes zero sense.. but was it worth it?

4. Great transitions between colors. I would like to see the Teal Candy on it's own. I recommend when doing a show when you mix a new product with something else, spray one of the test models with the new product so we can see what it looks like by itself. Don't have to show the spraying of the model; just show the model at the beginning of the episode. That way we have a clear idea of what is being mixed together.

I would wonder about teal on teal. To give it a real 3D candy look.
Maybe running a silver or white base might have made it pop a little more

I'd name that mix golden sky. It sorta reminds me of that transition between a golden sunset merging into early night sky with the blues and purples. I love this one. I give it a 10 out of 5.

You bottled a sunset and then sprayed it on a car. This is absolutely stunning, I love it! The prettiest paint job I've ever seen on a car, by far.

This is my favorite one yet because each color is so bold! Each one holds their own against the others and you've got almost a full rainbow of color going on. Beautiful!
5, without a doubt. The shifts are out there. The solid looking colours are high impact. Another great choice.
4. I like it. I tend to dislike the amber/yellow shifts, but this goes more rust/orange, which is awesome.
This is a 5 for me. I love how deep those colors get and how different the shifting pattern is
I have admit, that very first shot of the teal candy looked like it was too much to me already, then you kept adding it ! :0 I was shocked that it still actually shifted so well when you got it outside. That said, it did change the color a lot, but it changed it to a color which looks very similar to other color shift options you already have. I'd give it a 3, for the effort :)

This is honestly one of my favorite experiments yet! I live the deepness to the colour but also how well it shifts! I would love to see ZBB over like hyper orange or something!

5. SUPER sharp and super shifty. HOWEVER - the paint job looks so fresh, you can see how cloudy the headlights are getting. Those need to be sanded and cleared, big time :)
definitely a five, I didn't expect the copper to pop out like that as dark as it was after you painted it it looks really awsome!!

Alright, that's a lot cooler than I expected. I don't know what prompted you to come up with this combination, but it works really well. I'll give it a solid 5
What I would love to see.
Step 1 - Bright Silver Base
Step 2 - Very Large Silver Flake
Step 3 - Black Candy to Bring Silver Down to a Mid/Dark Grey/Silver
Step 4 - Holographic Pearl @ 7 grams per gallon.
SO happy to see Anthias making another show on this. When I saw the teal color I was worried, but WOW does it mix with Anthias well! Honestly, the only problem I have with it is how dark the end result is. I prefer lighter colors, but still a stunningly beautiful end result. 4.8/5 for sure!
Again guys I can’t say enough how much I appreciate 4K uploads. I know it’s a challenge but well worth it. Not only does it look stunning on an Oled but the depth in colour is incredible and more accurate for when I want to purchase something new. Cheers

Pretty close to a color change Ive been hunting for years: "Ultraviolet", an old BC Rich (guitar) color they cant do anymore. The ambers and coppers arent in the old ultraviolet but the blues to purples to pinks are definitely there. Very nice.

Now THAT is a get-away-car! 5 different people can call 911 and swear the car was 5 different colours. Spectacular!
I think the color is beautiful, but why do you always use black as a background? you could also change white from above and black from below into white, there you can also see what kind of color effect the background has.

I wish there was a way to paint something to look just like it looks white mixing the colors together. With the lighter and darker swirls and/or multiple colors as they just start to mix but before they're blended. Like textured or patterned looking.

This is a great combo, such a fun play, strong purple body with occasional polished bronze flashes
Teal is my all time favorite color. So I would have loved seeing more teal in the final results, but over all I love the way this shifts. I would still give this a 5. It's my favorite I seen since I d started watching a few months ago.

Love this! I have a coffee cup this color and 2 purses and I get my nails done in this color! Just gorgeous!
I love it❤ That front view looked like rootbeer on the hood. Still has lots of pink but thankfully the blues & purples are stronger.

5/5! I'm shocked how much better it looks on the car than when mixing. I thought the amber/pinks were gone, and I'm 100% wrong. You could have easily done more Teal. That said, those headlights urgently need refinishing.

I love how it turned purple when I fully expected blue and then have the hypershift play from there. You do get blue, but it takes an extreme angle to happen.
And, yes, the amber still pops through.
Okay Fellas and Fellettes, question time. You all know how "Orange Peel" isn't desirable, but what if it was? Have you ever TRIED to create an "Orange Car"? As in, actually GO for MAXIMUM Orange Peel, so it LOOKS like an Orange. Just a weirdo idea, from a weirdo kinda guy. Cheers!!!
Dude, gimme the keys to that dip job, because A) it's a Subaru (FYI: "Subaru" is roughly translated into "Pleiades", and that's one of my favorite star clusters in the Cosmos)...and B) that colorshift mix is just plain awesome! I would have loved for the teal to be more of a blue-based teal, but it's still stunning as heck!! 😁😁

...........look at the Dodge "color pallet car"......they painted a Challenger in every color so you can compare..........won't know how this stuff works on a different base color because you guys default to a black base.............everytime..............😄
Love the copper/gold tying in with the mags at extreme angles. The candy does tone down the pink to a more purplish hue. The wife adores the shift!😂
So you ended up accidentally making Nissan's Midnight Purple color shift paint from the R34 GT-R. Pretty cool outcome.
Thats one powerfull hypershift....it stayed alive in a candy!....2 drops more of that teal and midnight blue might be achieved!....great result DYC team!...thanks for sharing and keep it up!

Forgive my ignorance but, as a long time watcher, I have no idea if this is paint PAINT or like you said PlastiDip - and, if I can ask, can't plastidip be removed at anytime???
I've seen u paint this car a dozen times over. But this tho.......THIS RIGHT HERE MY BOY! Leave it like this for the rest of this cars life. This should be in a museum it's so dam beautiful.
Gotta say, I liked it but seeing it in the mixing stage vs the finished car was drastically different!
I’d love to see what the car would have looked like with almost double the teal, I think the end result would be a little more sinister but still have some nice transitions. I’ll give it a solid 4+
WOO! I love how after you added the Teal Candy, it transformed the ColorShift from red-orange to purple-pink. If you guys didn’t work in the automotive industry, you’d be amazing chemists!
Awesome 10. I like the pink/purple/blue shift to coppery bronze orange. Is it possible to get the pink/purple/blue to shift to maybe black cherry instead of copper/bronze/orange?

When you were mixing it, I was like “ah too much you F’d it” but after the spray I decided it could have used a bit more.

Very risky but that reward at the end was absolutely grand slam worth it. Could experiment with just small amounts of the watery pearl for a tinting effect and get softer purples too I bet. One hundred percent love this one 😎

Man I thought for sure this was going to muddy up somewhere in the shift but man, what an awesome result! Surprised at how much of the ambers were retained given how little showed during the mix and pour. This one is definitely a 5/5 for me. I’m curious if you buried it with the clear that you used recently if it would reduce the gritty effect and give even more depth? 🤔 Love when y’all try these crazy experiments! One of these videos is going to finally make me break down and try doing something with my own car! lol Keep up the awesome content!

Throw some black rims on that and WHOOOO !! I would give that a solid 4 maybe 4.25 cause the shift is major but you see so many of the colors in the shift and whooo yeah ... 4.25 solidly
The initial look matches the purple in the bucket......but, the results are WOW. Looks like the Red got left out but the sunburst yellow and blues shine thru....

Wow! That car looks so awesome! I'm digging the 4K on these new colors. It brings out the vibrant and candies and pearls but I am going to have to stick with my guns that you and Gabe definitely look orange in 4K. I don't know guys might have to not do 4K or if there's a way y'all can adjust y'all filters and color and brightness
Very nice, a strong 4! Here's a challenge: add a stripe or 3 of a contrasting color shift to bring out body lines and/or graphics, maybe get crazy and do color shifting flame job? An automatic 6 outta 5!
