At approximately 8:05 , the Contractor needs to give notice to the Employer/Engineer regarding commencement of Sub-contractor's work not less than *28 days* of the subcontractor beginning work on site. FIDIC Red Book 1999 SC 4.4 and Red Book 2017 SC 5.1. It is not within 42 days.

Kindly clarify the confusion and difference between Performance Certificate, Taking Over Certificate and Completion Certificate, thank you very much.
Taking over certificate is given when works are completed as per contract conditions but before defect liability period. Performance certificate is received once DLP is successfully over. Completion certificate is similar to TOC.

Thanks for the information. However, I find in the FIDIC Red Book 2017 (1.6 Contract Agreement) that the Contract should be signed within 35 days after the Letter of Acceptance is received whereas you are explaining that the contract should be signed within 28 days after the receipt of the Letter of Acceptance. Please Clarify.
