I tell you, after my back surgeries and not being able to do much of anything, I have thoroughly enjoyed all of your videos. I watch current videos and then go watch the older ones. Thank you so much for all of your and Eddie and ZZ Mark for the hard work. I have another back surgery in July, so please keep them coming.
It is as always a pleasure to not watch you saw but to see the the back end staff in operation. It might only be a snack video, but it could easily make a full meal. I hope you all have a good day and I hope ZZ liked his tribute.
Always enjoy watching. You had me wondering for a while cause I didn't hear you tell Bill about putting the taper away. Better late than never, great job guys.
I could tell the Bus Moter was sounding very healthy today!! I was thinking it must be very soft wood. Then you mentioned that you sharpened the blade!
Loved the snack video! Thank you , I could binge watch your videos all day. Thanks for visiting with me at Corsica at the fun raiser for Nuts I have a great picture of us.
My wife and I enjoyed seeing you again at Northern Pike. You 3 are really good people. My wife doesn’t like to have her picture taken, but when I showed her the picture on your video she said, I don’t look to bad with Eddies arm around me , lol . She also said the guy who looks like Santa seems like a nice guy. Sorry Mark, she didn’t even mention you. Thanks for your hard work making videos.
That log made a nice stack of boards. Good job! Mark, some of the other sawmills cut some interesting logs but, your camera angles and narrations are way better. Keep up the excellent videos!
Five o’clock in the morning some nice straight boards coming off the mill again , off ratting again today good fun and sport it’s very interesting watching them dogs work , one of the few sports the namby pambies haven’t stopped , any way you guys have a nice day
Hi Mark. Another beautiful pine boards. John Clark sawn some 6 -1/4s spruce boards & " greenhouse" dried them late March. A few videos back. He made a box. He said: Mark is the better carpenter! As a retired remodeling carpenter and builder of 40 yrs. He did very well. Well. You, Ed,ZZ, & Hank have a safe & fun Memorial Weekend. 😍😊😉👍❤️💜🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🌲
Excellent as usual. The taper that creeps out needs to have the valve for it resealed. No oil should be getting past the valve until it is opened. I would take it in to a hydraulics shop and have them rebuild it, or just buy a new valve and replace it.
Hi Mark love the snacks but really like the 12 coars buffet more ha ha ah :) ,thanks for showing your vids loven them so relaxing for me to watch and just love your commentary as well 100% great :)
@ 15:00 with the hydraulic pressure seems like the dogs could be flat instead of pointed and still hold a cant, but pointed just when working with the round logs/timbers / a system strictly to hold cants would be ideal situation with flat dogs
See like I saying they had a bigger saw blade they wouldn’t have to turn the log about four times ! To get a flat spot to get a good flat area to saw the log Into good boards !
52 54 56 inch are the common sizes for circular mills all over the world That’s just the way it is Everyone has to 5 or 6 side a log at some point unless they have a top saw or big bandsaw There’s really not that much more waste it may look like it but most of that being cut off is unusable anyways
You might consider doing a quick segment to begin a video when you install the new lower dog...I'll bet there are still a lot of viewers who don't realize there are lower dogs also.
Just subscribed how often do you have to sharpen the blade and how long do the carbide tips last, enjoy the videos, have a great weekend . Thanks for the people who served to make things like this happen.
How many hours on the bus motor and when was the last time it was rebuilt? How many rpm when you are sawing? We ran our mill in central VA with a similar engine purchased surplus from the Navy. 2 stroke diesels are amazing.
The funny thing is the stop sign thing is nothing new. It's dang near as old as the blade. Fact is sometimes a log doesn't fit the mill but it still needs to be cut. Logs don't come in one size.
Are you doing cab yoga instructor talk with that "Upward Facing dog" stuff? Sorry you got to put one of your dogs down, I know you raised your dogs from iron ore. They will be missed at the Bus Motor Foundry Kennel & Yoga Facility.

Always enjoy watching. You had me wondering for a while cause I didn't hear you tell Bill about putting the taper away. Better late than never, great job guys.
thanks Steve.
I could tell the Bus Moter was sounding very healthy today!! I was thinking it must be very soft wood. Then you mentioned that you sharpened the blade!
yes it was very sharp today.
Thanks for the video. No matter what day or time is good to see you processing a log into boards. You are so lucky to have so many subscribers.
thanks Alan.

Nice, Mark. I needed a snack after working outside most of the day.
Bill
thanks Bill.
I like watching the big logs. They are interesting and complicated. And they let you show off your skills!
The expertise involved in operating these massive chainsaws is mind-blowing. Truly impressive!
Happy Sunday Eve!😊
I like it .

I put the taper out and forgot to put it back.
HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY EVERYONE!
thanks David.
Good sawing nd happy weekend! Blessings!

Thank you for another great video. Cheers
Love watching board feet come out of those raw logs.
glad you liked it.
The round thickness indicator looks @ 12:30 like a smiley face.
Hi Mark love the snacks but really like the 12 coars buffet more ha ha ah :) ,thanks for showing your vids loven them so relaxing for me to watch and just love your commentary as well 100% great :)

Nice snack bless you all n ty
thanks Richard.
Nichols Sawmill has an Edmiston Carriage but a Helle saw husk. The sawyer on Nichols sawmill said in one of his videos a few weeks ago.
yes Jason did say that but it's a great mill.
Great yield from that stop sign mark
thanks Doug.
I love blue pine lumber.
me too , many people ask for it.
Thanks for the video !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@ 15:00 with the hydraulic pressure seems like the dogs could be flat instead of pointed and still hold a cant, but pointed just when working with the round logs/timbers / a system strictly to hold cants would be ideal situation with flat dogs
if the log or cant gets loose we could all get hurt , why would you change something that works great?
You do it so easily
thanks Graham.
See like I saying they had a bigger saw blade they wouldn’t have to turn the log about four times ! To get a flat spot to get a good flat area to saw the log Into good boards !
they don't want a bigger saw Michael , bigger saw = bigger problems.
52 54 56 inch are the common sizes for circular mills all over the world That’s just the way it is Everyone has to 5 or 6 side a log at some point unless they have a top saw or big bandsaw There’s really not that much more waste it may look like it but most of that being cut off is unusable anyways
Your the only guy that talks to his saw.
it needs a good talking to lol!
You might consider doing a quick segment to begin a video when you install the new lower dog...I'll bet there are still a lot of viewers who don't realize there are lower dogs also.
I will do a video on replacing them for sure.
Love snacks!!!
thanks Karen.
Have a great weekend everyone
thanks
Good video Bus Motor Productions
thanks James.

Niceeeee, they look a bit to dry Mark. Or I'm looking at it wrong ?
they were a bit dry but still good.
Very nice ❤❤❤❤❤
got any idea how many snack hrs on the ol buss mtr love the sawing my dad had a mill
the hour meter was broken when we got this mill.
that was a beautiful stick of wood. Have made a lot of stuff out of pine in the past, very easy to work with.
How many hours on the bus motor and when was the last time it was rebuilt? How many rpm when you are sawing? We ran our mill in central VA with a similar engine purchased surplus from the Navy. 2 stroke diesels are amazing.
we don't know how many hours on it , I run it at 1800 rpm.
10:00 is that considered a cant, even with the wane on it? Or does it have to be a perfect rectangle?
Memorial Day - Remembering those who gave their all for us to live in freedom.
Dobrá práce
My wife is happy to see that both gnomes are in the video! 😂
they just took a little break lol.
If I had waited I would not have had to ask.
is that yellow pine?
I got a big ham I need sliced up. For a snack. What would be the charge?
we would do that for free lol.
oh. and I really don't like Chewy's teeth either LOL but we dance with the partner we brought to the dance
It’s not a snack it’s a full meal deal🤪👍
this sure was lol.
Mark, question what biggest log in length and how big round will your machine Maximum accept " please comnent back "
we can saw 21' long and the knees open up to 36"
Just noticed that John (Fricknjeep) has been making videos for 15 years!
I like the stop signs. We get to watch you play chess with a log.
Let's face it any video that is less than 30-35 minutes long is a snack video!!!
true James.
Marc..can you give me the name of David’s song you play?
David didn't give this song a name.
Good evening
good evening.
Thumbs up
Like your videoes
I can't believe no one has left a comment regarding the taper being left in place.
Was corrected @ 10:33
@remmiemax3624 Agree, with very slight consequences.
it's all good.
💥💥🛠️
👍👌👏
thanks.
like that man glitter
you cant saw without man glitter lol.
The funny thing is the stop sign thing is nothing new. It's dang near as old as the blade. Fact is sometimes a log doesn't fit the mill but it still needs to be cut. Logs don't come in one size.
Mmmmm good!
it sure was.
did you sharpen the teeth?
yes I did.
That _"white pine log"_ doesn't exactly look "white" inside, does it? ;-)
just some blue stain in it.
It's hard to see the laser
I can see it but most people cant.
Remember our fallen soldiers who died for our freedom.
yes for sure.

Are you doing cab yoga instructor talk with that "Upward Facing dog" stuff? Sorry you got to put one of your dogs down, I know you raised your dogs from iron ore. They will be missed at the Bus Motor Foundry Kennel & Yoga Facility.
great lol!
