No worries about pronunciation of cities names. Most cities have Polish and English pronunciation Warszawa - Warsaw, so Krakau for Krakow is perfectly fine (I should know I am linguist) . Just remember Poland is Central Europe. Easter Europe is associated with old Soviet block so Poles hate when you say they are in EE.
you certainly can't trust google when it comes to restaurant or establishments being open during certain times.....me and my wife have been disappointed many times.

The typical way of speaking to strangers by poles might sounds a bit impolite for brits but in fact we don't mean it. Many poles have kind of "mental barriers" which prevents them from speaking different languages even if they know it. Plus majority of older generation which grown during communism is introvertive and mostly doesn't fancy to speak to people they don't know. Hopefully it will change during time....
Hello mate, I completely understand the difference between our cultures and honestly I appreciate it a lot, that is what makes traveling so fascinating to me. Thank you so much for watching and commenting.
Well done Justin. As a Pole living in the UK for almost 25 years I appreciate it's not always easy to deal with my compatriots back home :). Keep well.
Hello mate, First of all thank you for the kind comment, It helps support the channel. I try and take it easy when I travel as different people have different reactions, but I seem to adapt quite well. Thanks for watching and commenting mate 👌😊
The egg lady was so nice. I need to find a similiar market in Poznań (where I live), I really want to try duck eggs. I am surprised so little people speak English. Most people under 40 should speak it since we study it from elementary school (it was Russian during communism), I think they are just shy and afraid of making mistakes. I can read and write in English well but I say some words wrong so I would be stressed as well.
I also want to try duck eggs... I think next time I am in Poland I will. I am sure there are places in Poznan that are similar. Your written English is amazingly good. Thank you so much for watching and commenting 👌👍
oh man! shame you didn't check the other building - there is a big food court where you can find different types of dishes - it's called 'hala gwardii' and it's just opposite of the 'hala mirowska' - you need to go back there 😅🤣

22:33 guinea fowl is not a turkey. And the eggs from this lady are delicious.
Thank youate for the support and clarification.
All the best👌👍
Kilo Domina- Hala Mirowska 😉😂🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣 for some reason I just could not remember the name 🤣🤣😂
You missed the villa domina... Hahaha

All the best mate!
you certainly can't trust google when it comes to restaurant or establishments being open during certain times.....me and my wife have been disappointed many times.

@@J.E.E I lived in Warsaw for decades and never fully accepted this city. But now I see it with your eyes and it seems to be another place on Earth. Hope we meet somewhere in the route... :)
@@maciekszymanski6898 Hi Maciek,
I know exactly how you feel, when we have great things around us all the time, we often ignore them, thinking we will get to enjoy them eventually.
I decided a long time ago to enjoy everywhere I am... A magnificent city like Warsaw, or a cold wet suburban street in the UK, you must enjoy them moment and make it great.
Let's make our journeys meet my friend👍👍
All the best
Justin speaks American English..... chances are You speak proper one
@@J.E.E Don't worry about. I'll follow your steps - just subscribed your channel ;)
Ty go zrozumiałeś po polsku,u 200 metrów cool
cool man :)
Thank you my friend 😊
The typical way of speaking to strangers by poles might sounds a bit impolite for brits but in fact we don't mean it. Many poles have kind of "mental barriers" which prevents them from speaking different languages even if they know it. Plus majority of older generation which grown during communism is introvertive and mostly doesn't fancy to speak to people they don't know. Hopefully it will change during time....
Hello mate,
I completely understand the difference between our cultures and honestly I appreciate it a lot, that is what makes traveling so fascinating to me.
Thank you so much for watching and commenting.
Well done Justin. As a Pole living in the UK for almost 25 years I appreciate it's not always easy to deal with my compatriots back home :). Keep well.
Hello mate,
First of all thank you for the kind comment, It helps support the channel.
I try and take it easy when I travel as different people have different reactions, but I seem to adapt quite well.
Thanks for watching and commenting mate 👌😊
@@J.E.E All the best mate and thanks for what you're doing.
Good job mate:) all the best😊
Fajne miejsca z jedzeniem to Hala Koszyki, Hala Gwardii i Hala Mirowska. To chyba takie najpopularniejsze. Do tego „Browary Warszawskie”.
Someone is back. Enjoy
👌👍🤣
The egg lady was so nice. I need to find a similiar market in Poznań (where I live), I really want to try duck eggs. I am surprised so little people speak English. Most people under 40 should speak it since we study it from elementary school (it was Russian during communism), I think they are just shy and afraid of making mistakes. I can read and write in English well but I say some words wrong so I would be stressed as well.
I also want to try duck eggs... I think next time I am in Poland I will.
I am sure there are places in Poznan that are similar.
Your written English is amazingly good.
Thank you so much for watching and commenting 👌👍
of course in Poland there is no better food than Georgian! right choice :D
Thank you so much for watching . 👍👌
I cant find a market in Canada that sale some many varieties of eggs no way!! I would shop in that market daily lol
Thanks for sharing, i really appreciate it!! 👍😃
Editor...smooth quick thinking my man 😆👏
I shoot from the hip mate👌👍🤣
wow very good Polsih:)
Working on it mate, bit thank you for the compliment👌👍
oh man! shame you didn't check the other building - there is a big food court where you can find different types of dishes - it's called 'hala gwardii' and it's just opposite of the 'hala mirowska' - you need to go back there 😅🤣
You made my day mate... Really looking forward to going back there even more now.
Thank you for watching and commenting 👍👌
@@J.E.E youre welcome my friend and keep in mind it's opened only at Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, cheers!
Are you a journalist for the bbc. I thought i saw you on news
Warsaw - another great Ukranian town. You are so brave that you didn't even need to fight ,and we are nice but not for ever :)
I have always found the Polish people to be nice... Let's hope people don't abuse that kindness and things stay as they are.
Thanks for watching 👍👌
14:00 She looks like a Polish American girl who I was too shy to ask out in high school.
omg you are hillarius and nice :-) Don't you have some italian blood? you energy screems that ;-) and you look a little like this actor from Breaking Bad - this policeman Hank Schrader and it is complement :-) If you decide visit Tricity (Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia) just let us know - we show you some interesting places and with car it is faster sometimes. Not Italian, as far as I know, but I often get that opinion.
Would love and insiders guide to the tri-city.
I am boarding plane to Bulgaria at the moment, but will be back in Poland in June.
