Oven Chips in a Ridgemonkey

First time and have to say after a few batches....a huge success.
Plenty of spray oil, low to medium heat and shake and turn regularly.

Not a fan of frozen chips and dare I say Ridge Monkey either.
If you have hook up then an air fryer with actual potatoes taste fabulous.

I'm not hook up on this pitch and the ridgemonkey definitely solves the problem of no airfryer, toaster etc 😊
