Its not bad actually, you have access to defense debuff and attack buff, yukari for healing, mitsuru for ailment, and aigis to exploit said ailments for crits. putting weakness at least

I mean, you have Mitsuru for elemental damage, Aigis for physical damage, and Yukari for healing, so it is a pretty balanced team all things considered
