Thanks for your videos, they're extremely helpful! Btw, to move something heavy it is quite nice to use a big piece of cardboard (for example, to disassemble a box). And you can pull the edge of this box, so the load will slide easily 😉 Of course, hope this hint won't be needed in a foreseen future! Your new home looks nice and I'm looking for the video about comparison of PEB B and lower one :)

nice one, we are on the verge of moving flats. Was your IKEA furniture fitting well after reassembling ? i read online reassembling IKEA furniture makes it weak. Was that the case for you
No luckily it was just fine.
Question : If I want to leave my appartement before the end of contract, is it enough that I leave 3 months notice?
Yes 3 months notice is required plus if you are leaving before the contract ends, some penalty needs to be paid

@@vinod4604 for myself for example, i live in gembloux so rent for room is 300 euros per month with all fees/ i paid 1826 euros for the business school (accounting)/ 120 euros for food (cooking at home)/ so the fees are 500 euros per month

@@Mrtribru69 heavy i meant i don't have enough energy to start from scratch because iam doing a new bachelor degree in same field as i did in my home country and honestly it is not easy to get 60 credits per year, i study in louvain la neuve, Ephec school
