    Parents are like walls between us and death, when they are gone, we’ll face death directly. Sad but unavoidable.

    Hi guys! 👋🏽
    Please consider SHARING this episode, LIKE it or SUBSCRIBE to my channel. It will help my channel grow, but more important it will be shown to more people who might need just these words and advices!
    I know death is not an easy topic for many to talk about but that's EXACTLY why I wanted to talk about it. Life and death are two similar, natural existences. However we tend to talk more about the one than the other. But why?
    Let's talk about death! Let's make it a natural subject to talk about. Let's honor the dead and remember the beautiful times we shared with them. I honestly think that will help more people to overcome death of a loved one easier! 💛

    A good video to reflect on! I see with parents getting older (and me too) that things are not important- what’s important are the people you love and the good experiences you have had in life. If you are old and frail at the end of life you will have rich memories to sustain you.

    Really, really enjoyed this video. I work in end-of-life care and I loved what you said in your description about it being a transition in a loved ones life. I've experienced the death of my grandparents, and countless "adopted grandparents" from work, and I feel so blessed to be able to think on my memories of them and smile!

      Thank you so much! I am very happy you liked it. And honestly it sounds like beautiful and good experience you have had. Death is a natural part of life and it's beautiful to realise this✨

    Fred!! This was such a great video! I love how you got everyone to be so open and to share their experiences with you - that’s such a testament to your kind and easy going personality. I love hearing about how everyone perceives death, as it’s something that I can sometimes struggle with and I have found comfort in some of these responses 😌 Hope to see you guys very soon! 🥰

      I'm sorry to hear this. It's not easy loosing a parent (I lost my dad when I was 16) but it gets easier with time and you just have to remember the beautiful moments you had with her and grateful for the time with her. You'll always be able to feel her if you want to. All the best and hugs, Fred 💛

    lost my mom to covid this year.... i still don't know how to heal from loosing a parent... & i still don't know how to move on from this...

    • @FredsChannel
      @FredsChannel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm sorry to hear this. But I know how lost you can feel after loosing a parent. It gets better with time but it's never easy in the beginning. And you'll always miss them though you learn to live with it after some time. When I lost my dad I often remembered myself that everything happens for a reasons, and it all happens to guide us towards something beautiful. It doesn't feel like that in the beginning. But today (9 years after he passed on) I can see why it happened and I'm grateful for the time I had with him but equally grateful for all the lessons I learned from loosing him and all the personal growth I went through. Acceptance and forgiveness are always beautiful and helpful ways to slowly move on. Best of hugs and warm thoughts, Fred 💛
