You could freeze one of those gammon for Christmas you got real bargains I'd never pay 2 .99p for a sausage mash in a Yorkshire pud the other gammon you could cut into slices and freeze or cook slice and freeze into so many slices in a pack for sandwiches or have gammon egg and chips one of my favorite quick meals

Panera Bread in the USA here has drinks all day for $12-13 per month subscription. Can get any drink you want, every two hours. I go for coffee or diet coke as a treat. But it
saves me a TON of money every month, not having to buy and make coffee.

I have today picked up a bag from my local Morrisons small shop and this is what I had.......
fresh veg soup, 2 x chicken kievs, Richmond sausages, minced beef and onion pie, 2 x mac & cheese ready meals (my daughter said it was fab), a snacky chicken kebab, 3 x toffee muller yogurts, a 6 pack strawberry mousse pots, blueberries, grapes, herby new potatoes, and a loaf of fresh bakery bread. Insane and all totally good and fresh. I don't get bags often as I live in a small town and it's tricky to catch them, and I work so can't always pick up, but, really, this was a very exciting bag :) apparently would have cost me £27.94, which is utter madness!!!! Love your videos.

I always cook my gammon in the instant pot I add apple juice and on the top I add brown sugar mustard and honey every one loves it. Xx

Amazing .... I've only had 1 Aldi box and it had 3 blue cheeses, another small cheese, cheese and tomato sandwich and some chillies. Nothing like the variety your store puts in ..... your latest 2 boxes have to be the best I've seen. 😀

I downloaded the app 3 days ago but have yet to dip my toes in. Right now my freezer is full the fridge is stocked so no point in getting one to waste it or give it away. Love watching you and you are very down to earth which is refreshing.

Just got my first TGTG box, from Aldi, loads of fish, four pots of hummus, 😂, sweaty looking ham and chicken, very wrinkly peppers and some dodgy looking lamb mince meat, worth over thirty quid I reckon, I don’t really eat fish and really just fit for the bin, only cost three quid, so no great loss, hopefully better luck next time!
It's probably a bit late now but for the future I think you could list your unwanted items on olio for people to collect for free. You set your own pickup location and time. Saves wasting unwanted food.
They should make it on the package : salad for the turtoise 😂❤

I seen someone make corned beef lasagne it was using the corned beef instead of pasta with fried onions and beans topped with mash potato and cheese on 😋

Hi, I got 10 packs of Richmond meat free bacon rashers, loads of salad, bread, grapes, radishes and some lovely flowers. Not too bad I guess.
I have spent the weekend so far, binge watching your Too Good To Go playlist. I have come to the end, already feeling the withdrawal. I know it is basically watching someone take food out of a box but it is so mesmerizing. Like a magic show - what will happen next?! They should definitely make you their spokesperson. Love your tell it like it is, humourous approach. I also watched your Q & A where you spoke of your trip to Whistler, Vancouver and Quebec. Grew up in Southern Ontario and now live on Vancouver Island so I am very familiar. We have Too Good To Go App here however from what I can see it is just Tim Horton's and 7-11 who participate in my area. I too am Celiac (maybe that's why I bonded so much with your channel) and live alone so neither of these are good options. We also have the Flash Food app here, I think it is just Canada and US. It is a similar concept but it is specific items and a quantity of them. However, there is only 1 grocery store (part of a national chain) participating anywhere near me. For example right now I can see a fruit box or veg box for $5 (about 3 pound sterling). No idea how big it is though. Hopefully it will expand soon, maybe I will give it a try anyway. For now, I guess I will move on to your Food Haul or Budget Challenge playlists. Keep up the great content and Hi to Ed!

I've just picked my first bag up from Aldi and got the runt of the litter. A small box Sushi (which we don't like) , a box of custard tarts, 2 small packs of water melon, a bag of fresh mint and 5 bags of fresh rosemary, that was it. I think that would struggle to reach the alleged £10 minimum value. You win some, you loose some.

After watching your video, I was so excited to get my first Aldi TGTG box.
Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. Lot's of salads, mushroom stir fry, dry buns, pears and a pack of ham trimmings.
Your boxes were amazing though.

Ham cooks well in my instant pot.
Fab! How long do you cook it for? Xx
Obviously varies on weight and whether you want to roast or boil it. Usually a 2kilo joint takes about 20 to 25 minutes. I then do either a brown sugar light rub or an orange marmalade rub for another 10 minutes, but ham should already be cooked. I leave it to self cool in the pot.
You could even make corn beef hash with the corn beef
Why does ed make me smile. He reminds me so much of my husband. I’m Japanese and he’s English and he would love a scone and a hot cross bun. As the Japanese play around with scones and hot cross buns and he’s not to keen.
Aw 😊 Ed’s a bit fussy with his desserts too. He likes the classics, I love things like mochi but he’s not keen. He’s missing out! Xx
@@mumthings you need to try Purin which knocks your Creme caramel out of the park!! I always carry one!! You can get them in import stores but are expensive in the UK. Which makes me cringe when I come to see my parents.

Clare your looking lovely and your hubby cheeky ham not breakfast lol. Devon put cream first whereas Cornwall is jam first. We southern pronounce scone different lol love not crops buns toasted or in a bread butter pudding type thing. Relic also good with croissants

We have only just started using the TGTG and haven't had as much success as you though, Aldi - loads of bread that was way out of date, sliced meat that was off, carrots that were slimy (binned), the only thing suitable for eating was some cake, which we don't normally buy anyway. 2nd box was full of bananas, lol.

Our impression was the young girl was run off her feet and nothing had been removed from the shelves that had the reductions for the day so she had grabbed whatever she could.
I did complain - to the CEO of Aldi and got an apology and a voucher.
We have come to the conclusion that it is better for us to shop later on when the reductions have been done and choose what we will eat. We will try TGTG at other places though.

Is that the kind of pork that has a crackling top if put in the oven? I wonder if cooked in slow cooker with maple syrup and mustard it would be good. (Please stick in another clip of Wednesday eating salad! That was fun! She's very beautiful.)

If you are in the UK, or maybe it is just England, there is an app you can download to your phone. I'm in Canada so I don't really know. But you could google it, too.

OK, so you are not vegetarians but there really isn't a need to make a (albeit fake) fuss over a vegetarian item. I dont eat meat but still was impressed with the grocery haul
