I would like to suggest that you try to create a build with these characteristics:
Frame: all BASHO except the arms which can be whatever you deem optimal for the build.
Weapons: anything you choose except energy,plasma,pulse or coral.
FCS,Boosters,Generator and extension:based on your preference.
The build should be viable for ranked PVP.
