How close is the Ax8 version to the Axe III version? Do the new reverbs make a ton of difference? Love the Ax8 DC-30 patch. Thank you for that. This sounds great as well!
Thanks! The verbs (and the cabs) make a difference, but the AX8 version is pretty close. I actually did a demo of it here: th-cam.com/video/Ctrjc897cC4/w-d-xo.html. We P&W guitar guys love to get the latest greatest reverb stuff but honestly in a mix it's hard to tell the difference most times.

Thanks! Initially it was pretty simple and they sounded about the same, but as Axe-FX III is evolving more and more quickly the two units are started to get further and further apart as far as tone and flexibility goes.
here's a a question about lead guitar: how do they come up for the lead parts and how do they do inversions during the first chords ? anybody can connect with me and help me out personally ? please I'm asking for help and guidance :) thank you
80% of leads in P&W come from chord shapes and or the major pentatonic. If your having trouble with inversions, I would find s good video on Caged. I would say that A shape triad and G shape are the most common

No Axe Fx II Presets :(
Sorry - I don't have an Axe-FX II. But you can take the AX8 presets and convert them to Axe-FX II using the 'Fractool' program.
