you sound as though you have some great information but maybe just think about how you are going to record your next video or maybe redo this one as it is difficult to follow.

I'm sorry but you really need to take your camera out of portrait mode. Its really annoying to watch a video that has 2/3 of the picture blocked.
Do not care for split screen. Very hard to view. Good info though

what about using kombucha? Can you use any recipe using kefir instead of water?
