I have been watching sourdough videos most of the day where you have to make a starter and then feed it. This is so easy, I love kefir and have a daily supply and perhaps the heath benefits are even higher doing it your way. I will be trying this tomorrow. Thank you so much.

12:12 THANK YOU lol, I love artisan bread but for daily eating and sandwiches I really don't want my slice of bread to be mostly holes lol. Just received my kefir grains yesterday, can't wait to get a batch going and try this recipe. Thanks for the video!

At the beginning of the video, when you are putting the ingredients in the bowls, you say "water", kefir and salt. But water is not listed in your ingredients list. Do you add water???

Great video! I have tons of Kefir and was wondering if I could make bread with it and found your video very helpful thank you. Could I let my dough rise in the container I’m baking in? That way I don’t have to handle it after fermenting and I can just pop it in the oven.

    • @spicychickpea3477

Might not be a good idea because the dough will stick to that container during baking
