To anyone who doesn't understand the language, here's a summary of the video.
Basically what you have to do to get your keys to work again is to...
1. Open up your laptop
2. Carefully disconnect the cable that connects the keyboard to the mother board
3. Clean the connection with a brush (connection which connects the keyboard to the mother board, it's shown in the video)
4. Clean the connector ribbon (shown in the video)
5. Reassemble the laptop.
This should fix the issue, hope this helps.

Finally I got my solution....

OMG THIS WORKED THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Had the same problem keys! 67yuhj keys hadn't been working work until I tried what he did on the vid. I used a screen cleaner btw. It doesnt matter what brand I think as long as it's antistatic as my cleaner claimed. Make sure that the keyboard ribbon cable is also completely dry before putting it back to its proper place.
UPDATE: My keys are working but will often stop working after a few seconds. I have to press them multiple times before they start to work again. What to do? 😭
Other than screen cleaner can I use normal water?Also after brushing the keyboard connector and washing the ribbon cable what if it still not working?

@@adrianparas8617 unfortunately, i wasnt able to fix it. I gave up and just bought a replacement keyboard online. That fixed my problem. The ribbon's probably the problem.

Its very simple.....remove the key top and paste a sticker bindhi (bindhi is nothing but Indian ladies are used to wear on their forehead) and refix on its place.works very perfect.

@@director6799 Basically what you have to do to get your keys to work again is to open up your laptop, carefully disconnect the cable that connects the keyboard to the mother board, clean the connection with a brush and clean the connector ribbon too and reassemble the laptop.
This should fix the issue, hope this helps.

I am using acer laptop. My laptop is having following keyboard related issues RANDOMLY: (1) ''''''''''''''' BUTTON IS BECOMING ACTIVE RANDOMLY ANY TIME AND THIS PROBLEM PERSISTS UNTILL I AM RESTARTING MY LAPTOP; (2) DOWN BUTTON IS BECOMING ACTIVE ANYTIME WHILE USING MY LAPTOP WHICH IS AUTOMATICALLY DISSAPPEARING AFTER SOME TIME; (3) NONE OF THE BUTTONS ARE WORKING (EITHER EXTERNAL OR INBUILT KEYBOARD) AFTER STARTING MY LAPTOP. Sir, mera touchpad aur keyboards ke keys kuch achanak se work karna stop hogaye. Pehle sirf keys kuch kaam nhi karte the.. Toh mene ek laptop repair store me dikhaya, usne kaha poora keyboard naya lagana padega.. Mene mana kiya ki abhi nhi karna he rehne de. And jab usne return kiya laptop , ghar pr check kiya humne toh touchpad bhi achanak se kaam nhi kar raha bilkul.. Kya kare sir?

To summarize: Some keys weren't working. The solution was to get to the part where the keyboard connects to the motherboard and clean the contacts.
