There are many general category people unable to complete their basic requirements as they are also unable to make their sons/daughter educated , nowday s t. S.c. people are industrialist I think each and every people should get reservations on the basic of their qualifications and abilities , don't you think guys , there is default in our right of equality in this matter....... If we are born as general it's not our default if we are working hard but it's are unemployed but who are not doing anything and get 70/ and now a collector. Sir, as we know that fundamental rights can never be changed by the Government....then how did they changed the Right to Property from a fundamental right to a legal right? Kindly explain.
I think that these right to property come in legal right so in case of property there is use of legal registeration . So it's my opinion that it should be come into the legal right
