Hi, Bestie,
"The Quiet Place" has Part 1 and Part 2 before the release of Day 1. In Part 2, the story explains how the family manages to find the safe place while navigating with the newborn baby after the father has passed on. Day 1 details how the people got to the safe place-the island-where the family is trying to go. In Part 2, they show us that there is a safe place the family needs to reach. So day one, it shows how those people initially got to the island. You should watch Part 2 to understand why Day 1 was released. Day 1 shows that the people from Part 2, who managed to get on the boat, are featured in Part 2 at the safe place. I think you should watch Part 2 also.
