Retirement!!...I make a foolish mistake. The Stress!! Anxiety,.. insomnia. The regret /blame.. caused depression. Complicated Grief? I lost interest in life, all activities. I keep thinking of my job,... it really was my life.

Could you please clarify! We are being taught in my nursing program that Crisis of anticipated life transition is related to normal life-cycle transitions (ie: getting married, having a baby), and Maturational/Developmental crisis occurs in response to a situation that triggers emotions related to unresolved conflicts in one's life. I'm confused! This is opposite that what was stated in your lecture. Did I misunderstand something?
