These diesel engines gave some lovely jerks while gaining speed. 3 or 4 jerks at different point of acceleration. Present diesel engine are more powerful but lack such jerks.

Those type of coaches are normally used to transport cars and Motorbikes from factory to dealers all over the country. They are freight cars only, but converted from passenger coaches, considering the cargo are high value consumer products ( automobiles). All seating arrangements will have been removed and it will have provisions for securing the cargo safely. They may carry other sensitive cargo as well. But they can't carry the same weight that regular freight cars can carry though.
