1st Shinkansen ride from Tokyo to Yamagata / Our Family Japan Trip Day 4

Yamagata is a city in northern Japan.
If traveling from Tokyo to Yamagata, simply board the JR Yamagata Shinkansen at Tokyo Station or if you want a reserved seats just go to the ticket machines located at JR stations.
Trains depart each hour, and the trip takes approximately 2 and a half hours. The entire trip is covered by the JR Pass. The fastest train services stop only at Fukushima, Yonezawa, and Kaminoyama along the way.
