@@DrawBioMed and then convinient enough, you have also made a guide for drawing skin which is the core. So rather than making a 1000 small cells for the Stratum Spinosium manually and adjust the corners I use the warp tool
Hey dude I love your videos!! I have illustrator, inkscape and krita and I love all of your tutorials! But I saw other video where you showed an example on how to do these cool graphics in powerpoint and you even animated it. Could you please do a tutoral on how to do that for cell signalling pathway?
Hi, I'd love to make the animation tutorial, but the production will take along time so it will take awhile before it is out. If more people are interested, then I can then make it a priority.
That was very helpful. Thank you so much. Could you help us draw other immune cells especially the granular ones such as neutrophils? Also tutorial on drawimg bacteria would be very helpful as well. Thanks a lot.
After adjusting the length of the narrow elipse with the direct selection tool i return to using the selection tool but the bounding box no longer appears around the ellipse. Does anyone else have this problem ? It's very frustrating
Hi Yuckypigeon! You can send a screenshot to jon@drawbiomed.com and I can take a quick look at the problem. Does the problem arise before uniting or after uniting? Btw your music video is lovely :D
Thank you for your great video! One question... I find it quite difficult to handle the round handles. I think I don't understand how does it work. Do I have to click just one point to make that path transition rounded? Because when clicking the path sometimes it doesn't work
Hi :D To round the corners, you need to hold on to the live corner widget and drag it. I made a quick video explaining it. You can find it at the bottom of this page: www.sciencevisionary.com/workshop
Ah! This can happen when you have 2 anchor points very close to each others. Try to zoom in and see if there are 2. Delete one of them and see if it works. If not you can send the Ai file to jon@sciencevisionary.com and I can have a look.
@@DrawBioMed I'm interested lipid bilayer and intracelullar signal cascades. I think you show an example in the video "Free software for graphical abstract | Scientific illustration | Illustrator Inkscape scientists"
Andrés Narváez Indeed, that is the G-protein pathway I used in my workshops at the universities. I am working the tutorials & making them into an online course. You can email me at jon@sciencevisionary.com and subscribe to the channel. I will send you a notification when they are up :)
Hi Andrés, I just uploaded a PowerPoint tutorial. th-cam.com/video/FY1dzFnNUnM/w-d-xo.html There will definitely be more in the future. Thank you for your suggestion!
Thanks! It is really helpful.

So happy to know the tutorial helped you! Wish you success with the publication.

@@mhmism My pleasure:) happy drawbiomed.
I think, to make this macrophage is so diffucult. We make very reform. Is there a different way to make?
You can use the shape of your specimen to develop a simpler shape that suits your publication. You don’t have to strictly follow the example.
That was really cool 😊
Akanksha Agrawal thanks! Happy DrawBioMed :D
@@DrawBioMed can I suggest you to to try shape builder instead of pathfinder? It's so much easier!! Trust me it works😁
@@Akankshazmaze I will definitely try shape builder. Thank you for your suggestion😍
@@DrawBioMed 😁😁 just you wait! How you'll soon forget pathfinder 😈😈

My pleasure :)
Can u give a tutorial to draw phagocytosish?
Hi Subin, I will put this topic in the community tab poll. You can vote for it on Fridays th-cam.com/users/DrawBioMedcommunity
I would like to do it through Power Point. Can you teach us too?
Sure! I'd love to do that. I have given PowerPoint illustration courses at universities. Which structure would you like to learn?
