Congratulations on 11 days clean. Ryan was power behind me finally getting clean from pills. I just wish you had the opportunity to find him earlier in your journey. Stay strong and never let down your guard. Relapses always seemed to happen when I felt the best. Mark

@@marka8536 Wow hi Mark...I can't believe someone saw my post. It was just my way of letting Ryan know how much he's missed and admired. Such a tragedy with my emotions so raw I watch his videos every day but can't help crying. Today is day 15 and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't struggling badly. PAWS has got me feeling real bad and I'm really sick with pancreatitus. I'm not a drinker at all but have chronic pancreatitus and never had it this bad or been this sick or such bad pain. My Dr wants me getting to the ER for treatment but I know that includes IV morphine and I've so far not gone. I'm getting worse though and pretty terrified. Wondering what Ryan would say to do. Thanks for writing and please keep me in your prayers . I have zero support through this recovery process and that's difficult. Your so blessed to have known Ryan. He was one in a million I can tell.

and don't forget the last, final step!
when you do or while you are climbing out of that god forsaken place called ADDICTION...
lower your hand to the brother or sister, that is BATTLING possibly even more than you!
for me... that was my ONLY path! the "pieces" of lives that we do take away from others as ADDICTS,
    WE MUST REPLACE!

  • @robertrobc203

You're telling the truth Ryan!!!! It's so freegin' difficult to "throw both legs over the hurdle!" &, you wonder why some folks can't handle the dark journey and resort to suicide... It's sooo not worth the risk to play with your life like that. Opiates, especially, are not to be fooled around with... I'll continue later... Thanks for this Ryan & to you and others out there, feel free to e-mail me about anything!!! I'm clear, yet the struggle is still raising it's Ugly, Very Ugly Head! Letting the greatness re-emerge of who I was and who I still am works on your nerves, so-to-speak, and I'm soooo depressed most of the time (even though I fight it). I've wasted at least 8-10 years of my life and so on and that really, really sucks to me because I used to be the type that inspired others around me to live their lives to the fullest; AND **********Ryan Donnelly, You SO NAILED IT when you said that we live those beautiful and ambitious moments of our past!!! We look at those times as if we're on our "death beds," never to recapture the joy and beauty of the successful life we so Long for!!!!!! Dude, God Bless You and I will fight for my life and the loved ones around me, and "PUSH PASS THE PAST!" I Got that quote from my dad's buddy who' s also a minister! ONE LOVE TO ALL!!! Great vid, clean little over year now, i give Ryan alot of credit for that, I think I've watched all his content. Im again here feeling in a rutt but at least I can deal with ups and downs much better now that I realize I have a choice. Still much to be done. Lots of good points (as usual), I still struggle living in the past.

8mg zanax even a micro taper the person goes threw hell and back. I've gotten off subs and I've gotten off opioids. I'm at a tolerance level with the Zs. My Doc now has me on 3mg extended release twice a day. I refuse to go threw such horrendous with draws that can take up to 10 years for people to completely recover.

What about a prescription drug addict. 6 30mg oxy a day then 4 30mg. Dr retirement left me on 6 a day. 4 somas a day 4 Xanax a day. To medical marijuana now. I hate it & can't afford it. Now I have no Xanax anymore or somas. Got baclofen. 15 mg oxy 2 × a day. Lost my son 2 years ago then hit & lost house 10 months ago by the hurricane, stenosis, scoliosis, degenerate disk disease, fibromyalgia and a tumor in the middle of my spine in my 60's. Love 82 year old mother. Now have to move back in the house.
Idk how to help her. I can't help myself now. & NO DR WILL HELP ME. I ASKED MY DR. FOR A HEADD UP IF HE WAS LEAVING KNOWING WHAT I'VE BEEN THROUGH. ZIP.
    "NOW WHAT DO I DO?'
