This way very helpful just had to change my horn. But I couldn’t get the clips off at the bottom so I just let the bump hang .. I was able to get to the horn without taking the full bumper off

Hello unfortunately yes the grill slide back so I don't think you can remove it without removing the bumper but ,you only need to remove it from the side and the top then you can pull the bumper forward and take the grill out
