It's adviced not to be listened by children since they can have a higher risk of developing seizures or a seizure disorder, due to the immaturity of the brain in response to the wave length.
Also it's not a good idea to listen to binaural beats if you are a pregrant woman, taking any sleeping pills or anti-depressant drugs, if you have any heart conditions like maybe for example some minority of people that might be using pacemakers. And try not to be in any situation and form of risky afair since working or driving while listening to these brain altering waves is certainly going to put your mind into a trance like state.
@@xrixro9840 You'll get the good results if you skip the headphones. Both "beats" should go into both ears at the same time. Headphones give a different tone into each ear, which can de-synchronise your brain hemispheres. No headphones.

I've been in a relentless tooth pain for two days. Meds didn't help at all. First I listen to beats for toothache and still didn't help. So I close my eyes and searching for the roots of my pain. Zyntina Noanoa: It's the Binaural Beats with headphones that can cause I'll effects. It can de-synchronise the hemispheres of the brain. Skip the headphones. You will still get good results, as you saw, without unbalancing the brain. Skip the headphones for adults too.

Rebound nasal congestion occurs when the user has overused the nasal spray, typically using it nonstop for at least three days. It makes the congestion you originally had worse, and its a sign to lay off the nasal spray for a while, as nasal spray is not to be overused.
I've been listening to it for 13 minutes and I can breathe better, at least the air can pass through my nose, before, not a bit of air passed and I was too overwhelmed, thank you very much to you and the universe.

My left ear was swollen from the inside and infected. I clicked on this from another person while looking at another video. After about 5 minutes my nose was feeling clearer and 20 minutes later my ear pain was gone and the swelling gone down. When I would put by teeth together my ears would close from the swelling. Now when I put my teeth together I do not feel any swelling or pain. It’s amazing and I must share.

I was freaking out a few minutes ago bc all of a sudden my ears started to feel as if they were closing up. Hoping that it was just my sinuses, i did some research and hoped that there wuld be a few comments in here saying that their ears are clogged up bc of their sinuses- and they also said that this helped unblock their ears. So I'm starting to try this out. I'm only 20 mins in. No change so for the fact that my nose is a little more drained. I'm praying that this frequency helps unclog my ears. I really do treasure my hearing..

For those who are looking for helpful ways to help you when sick, I recommend two things: a humidifier and an oil defuser with eucalyptus oil. It will help clear your sinuses. :D
sometimes they can dry you out to much also but generally dehumidifier good. xxx
@@juliegoodison7476 Well yes, a dehumidifier removes water from the air, whereas a humidifier does the opposite, which is especially useful during the winter months when forced air heating dries out the air and our nasal passages so much.
@@mjrussell414 You are so right...except in Florida. Always hot, always humid. My son in Dallas was suffering through a blizzard and power outage. Temperatures near zero. Meanwhile, I was sweating in hot, muggy weather with temperatures in mid-80's. Go figure.

I'm blown away by how great this works. I recommend anyone who benefits from these vidz to purchase noice cancellation Bose headphones (about 80 to 90 bucks) on eBay/Amazon. You need to hear the whole spectrum of auditory goodness to get the best results from these videos. I was blowing my nose every minute while my nose was dripping like a leaky faucet while being nasally congested. Over half an hour into this video, I have not used one tissue and I'm breathing through both nostrils. I was at 11% before hearing this, now I'm at over 80%+ . It's not a cure/fix, but it definitely gets you out of the shit zone we all know and despise when we are sick/congested. That is good enough for me. Much thanks to the uploader!

Ok I had fun with your comments a week ago. Loved the "what is this witchcraft" so much. Now, I get it. Fred kimmons I found that it works depending upon the real issue. I will give one example. I was over-using Afrin nose spray and instead of clearing my nose it began to completely close off my nasal passages so that I could only breath through my mouth. The music would not work for this situation. Another example is that I was staying with a friend for a few months and he had six cats in the house. I was suffering an allergic reaction from pet-dander and the music didn’t work for that situation either. At the time I wrote my comment I just had cold and another time I was having reaction to pollen. The music worked for the cold and pollen issues but not for the previous two issues that I mentioned.

..what I found immediately effective for my blocked up sinus was a neil nasal rinse bottle that I added a level teaspoon of table salt and a level teaspoon of baking soda to and then filled the bottle with lukewarm water - spraying it into both nostrils - this cleaned out more phlegm than anything else I ever tried ! Afterwards you'll need lots of tissue!
