Hard to measure each ones version.They are both great interpreters of lyrics.Enjoyed Bruce a lot.That song is so powerful,when a man loses his head and does the unthinkable he can't do much more than Hang his Head.I get the clapping gesture remark but I think certain country's and national areas do different things with hands and dance etc.

Sorry. Not a fan of either of them as solo artists, though I do like a few of their songs respectively. I liked Gordon Sumner when he fronted The Police and I liked The Boss when he played with The E Street Band. Sting moved away from playing rock music after 1984, and Springsteen? I simply never connected with his style of play, with the exception of a handful of songs. That's my humble opinion in a nutshell. On a different note (no pun intended) I found something I think you might like and yes, it's a live performance.
