Anyone that had the pleasure of watching the live stream with Mamma Lex quickly learned where Lex gets her musical ear from. It was the most fun I've had watching any of their streams. TY Mamma Lex, hope to see more appearances in the future.

Bruce made his bones at the Jersey shore in Asbury Park. We would go see him at the Stone Pony. Asbury Park was a great music scene back in the day. Rock, blues, jazz all genres. He was so big mid 70s to mid 80s. He would just show up at local bars and play a few songs. His concerts are legendary, he will play for 3 to 4 hours. He still puts on a show like he did in his 20s and 30s. He is called the BOSS for a reason.I suggest you dig into his catalog and start with his early music. If you ever get a chance go to one of his shows. You two are great.

Bruce Springsteen is just a little bit younger than me and I'm just a little over a month away from my 73 birthday. In fact I saw him as an unknown at Richmond venue in 1972 when I was in the US Army and stationed at Fort Lee, Virginia in Petersburgh a few miles from Richmond. He was the opening act for Chicago who were the headline group. My memory about the ticket price was that it cost me and those I accompanied to the concert something like five, ten, or fifteen dollars each for the tickets which is cheap by today's standards. We were in an upper deck and smoked pot throughout the concert. Bruce got numerous standing ovations and came back a played some more at least twice. Chicago was so irked by that they refused to come back on stage and give any encores. And yes he sang "Born in the USA.", which was when his career really took off.

I'll never forget the first time I saw this video when it first aired on MTV in 1984 -- I had never seen anything like it.
