I think it is different in other countries. I lived in the UK 5 years and my eating disorder started to become worse again along with severe depression. I couldn’t find the help I needed (I tried everywhere I could think of). The NHS is appalling so in the end I had to move back to Australia where I knew I could get the help I required. It was the hardest decision I had to make as I loved living there. I still miss it to this day. 🥲
