- The Ferrari GTC4 Lusso is the perfect Ferrari for my lifestyle. 4 seats and room for the pups, and maybe even my bike with the wheel off ! Let's not forget that epic V12 soundtrack and all wheel drive. I recently went to Italy to learn more about the Ferrari Approved pre-owned program and while I was there got to drive the stunning Ferrari GTC4 Lusso in the hills near the Varano Circuit. Sadly it was a VERY rainy day but maybe they were the perfect conditions to put the car to the test.

For me the Ferrari FF and the GTC4 Lusso are among the greatest cars ever made! The combination of talents is just unrivaled.

If you love it in the wet, you'll adore it on a sunny day. These are near the top of my wishlist.
If I had the money, this would definitely be in the garage - it’s one of the few models I’d have. Looks stunning, great interior, practical. I’d even consider daily driving.

I've always liked the looks of the front-engined Ferraris more than those of the mid-engined ones. So happy to see you enjoy this car...in the rain. It's inspiring to see these cars driven in the real world of rain and slippery roads. A much lovelier setting than seeing them parked up on the streets of Monte Carlo, Nice or even London. Great video with great editing, i loved the way you cut back and fore different parts and when in the garage you remembered what you had said on the actual drive, makes it a much more professional video, compared to some you can get on TH-cam, with the 7 year service and 4 year warranty, it will make people buy a new or used ferrari more than a different supercar.

GTC4 Lusso is 1 Ferrari I'd like to own, would need to be a V12 though the T version doesn't do it for me. A meander through the Black Forrest in Germany or on the Red Rock Road in the South of France. The V12 sound would be epic. Pity it rained on your run out though Pete. 👍

I worked in Parma for 6 months this year brilliant area of Italy. Visited maranello, Modena, Lamborghini had a factory tour of Pagani and visited Ducati too! What an experience!!

My 550 Maranello came from Lovetts back in the day. It was six years old and even then, their pre-owned approach was impressive. My car went into the workshop for a pre-sale check before I picked it up. The technician wasn’t happy with the front brakes on a 35k mileage car and the whole lot was replaced at a cost (to Ferrari) of £4k. I remember the salesman saying “ah no problem we want the car to be right for you…”

Beautiful car great video and like the Roma you look at home in the Ferrari. Time to ditch the Porsche and look at at a previously owned Ferrari, you only live once! I think Mrs P will be happy too and the pups!

Love how the Monaco dominates the video. Such an iconic design. (I am biased, have the Gulf Edition Calibre 11) Great video. Would love a V12 Ferrari one day if my lottery numbers come in, but maybe a manual though if it was possible.

Ooooh! Suits you sir!! ….. what gorgeous car and, while I’m sure it was frustrating having that yucky weather, it showed that it was actually a very usable car even in those conditions. Combine that with the approved scheme, warranty and servicing package, that’s a great temptation which actually does make a Ferrari a feasible proposition. I bet you were in full on ‘man maths’ mode on the way home ready to explain to Mrs P what an excellent buy the car would be lol 😆

Amazing car, I was surprised how large the GTC4 Lusso was in person at a cars and coffee.

@@PetrolPed I wish I could verify that comment! On flip side, I was surprised how much smaller an Audi R8 was in person. Both cars are rare sights in Arkansas.
While I like the idea of an "inclusive" 4-seater shooting brake Ferrari a whole lot and certainly this is a much cooler Ferrari than any other one... An Italian 12-cilinder is not what I consider an "ideal family car" as you say... What's the running cost? What's the cost not if but when anything goes wrong? Woah! On the other hand: combine the ownership of this with, let's say a runabout small EV in which you do most of the daily miles (preferably also Italian such as the Fiat 500e like the poor but smart chap from the Car Guys has one). Keep the Ferrari for leisure trips with the family and you're golden!

I've been a Ferrari owner for 15 years. Wouldn't be without one. A manual F355 is peak Ferrari for me, but I will get a Roma before all the hybrid/EV nonsense takes over

Another good one Pete. Be interesting to know what the premium is for an 'approved' car. There are 4 on AT at the moment, similar mileage for an average of £170000. So, what would the 'approved' sticker price be. Rolex have recently gone down the 'approved' route because they saw how well the pieces were going for in the grey market and upped the price markedly. Although, the market price has dropped again. Lovely car and really looking forward to the next reel.

Ferrari approved is the exact reason I bought my Lusso, I see the wipers work better in a LHD Lusso because in a RHD they are shite! Fantastic car though 😍

How can the oil not be covered in the 7 years servicing?
Beautiful looking car and a very innovative way to purchase a second user ferrari. Still way out of my league but a good way forward. Shame about the weather but hey, beggars can't be choosers.

Are the Ferrari people evaluating your driving? Theoretically what would they do if you drove too aggressively or carelessly?
All manufacturers do that to some extent however I feel a responsibility to drive I’m an appropriate manner. I’ll certainly push on but ultimately in this video I am on the public highway 👍

It basically is just Ferrari saying we are so confident in our Car build quality these days we will back up our product second hand. Who was the poor guy nervous when you got in, looked like your taking out his baby. 😂 I would hope the Car is ok after only 15k km.

As for the Lusso….i would buy one of these in a blink if I could insure it….and if my wife could get in it! What's the percentage of people on here who can afford one and if can (me) wouldn't you buy a new one?
Probably more people than you think but I appreciate this is just a dream for most of us. As I said in the video, pre-owned cars are attractive as they could be more affordable than buying new or you might want a car that is no longer made. Like the predecessor to the GTC4 Lusso, the FF.
@PetrolPed Don't take it the wrong way, as I'm a 612 man and Calif, just not sure I'd be able to relax if someone else owned it 1st? No one buys these and pootles around, that not what they're built for. Approved is for Merc n Beemers. Obviously Ferrari are struggling to sell numbers in the current climate, plus shifting stock b4 the (increasingly failing EV market) makes us all, (not me ever), settle for a non petrol car. Good videos, tho. Like ur work.
