Once I realized how acidic it is and the affect that has on your body plus all the mold toxins and the sugars, creamers and crap we add to it, I cut way back and feel better than ever! It's interesting how such a beautiful public figure such as Tamron Hall can openly admit to drinking 6 cups of coffee a day and most people (other than Chef Babette) would not bat an eye. Drinking coffee in excess like that is a very unhealthy addiction but it's normalized in our society. Had she said that she had 6 snorts of coke a day then, everyone would have been in an uproar and clamoring for her to go to rehab. I just don't understand the double standard. Addiction is addition. Can we talk about it?
