watching since a few month Rich Roll and just read his book, I just have to put out a huge thank you. As I keep watching I am more and more falling in love with this american westcoast kind of view on life. its so open, its so non-judgemental, its so positive. of course not always and everywhere. but as I also watch UK podcasts and other big US based podcasts I must recognize that there is a special thing to the californian way of thinking. god how much I'd love to come over there and feel that spirit all by myself. surprise: I'm writing this as a German from Germany. and however wired it may wanna sound I am probably the least typicall German in my whole country. I even see it as maybe my one big failure to not being able so far to set up at another place even though I lived in down under for a year.... The more I see Germany destroying itself the more I love to listen to Rich Roll and Meg Robbins. Sure you have your own thing going on with this crazy orange colored guy but man, at least you got a landscape over there - Richs running backyard for example - where you can recalibrate yourself to get yourself back on track. I was listening to a german podcast yesterday with a psychologist whos 35 years in the job. the host tried to ask great questions but the whole discussion was so hard to listen to. packed with overthinking and wired theoretical thoughts.... it was impossible to listen moren then 15 minutes. Inspiration? Forget it. Sometimes I really feel like Schwarzenegger, that at my heart, I just dont belongto the european continent. Over here they more and more become masters in creating unnecessary problems. The better that there is a Rich Roll podcast in this world. Thank you man! Your're one of a kind of an inspiration! 💪😎 Bam!!
Thank you for sharing this information. I'm a first-time listener. I loved it! You're right. Chef B. has great energy and her superpower is her aspirational way of being. You also hit on a critical point. I agree that it takes an "act of courage" to make the necessary changes to learn self-love and become a better human being. Chef B. is a badass. I love her energy. Great video! 💚
This talk was so inspiring and beautiful! Thank you, Rich and Babette! I'm turning 43 soon. Have been vegan for 3 years together with my husband and out 2 children. What a journey! Much love your way from a regular viewer in Ukraine! Hugs
Always loving your pods and your amazing guests, she's my mother's age but unfortunately she has Alzeimers but no other health issues, she just loves healthy food by choice forever, anyway I'm constantly learning, it's the RR Academy😊, from a previous podcast you mentioned you're going to be in Paris with your family during the Olympics and I told my fam we should easyjet to Paris just to meet you but not possible so if by chance you want to explore come over to Ericeira a little surfer's village just outside Lisbon, imagine that anyway you're an inspiration
Great episode! She has the presence of authentic and constant joy which transcends the futile pursuit of unobtainable happiness. I totally agree with her about seeing a doctor. What I would encourage is a periodic visit to a gynecologist who will when asked draw blood for general testing.
You know YOU. If you're feeling good, you're GOOD! - Docs... are trained to look for something wrong. And some... (not all THANK GOD)... just will keep going until they find something as in ANYthing... OR (as I have experienced ONCE) be disappointed if they don't. Don't go...

What a wonderful woman, so much good energy there!❤a true inspiration to take even more care of myself, both of you is just great together! Thank you for what you do!!❤❤❤❤
Babette is one of my HEROES!!! Love her!!! ❤❤❤
She is 73 wow so amazing
Rich, leave her alone, lol our thoughts create our world and she has created a beautiful world for herself. If she doesn’t want to go to the doctor, good for her! She knows that she is healthy and thriving and going to the doctor throws doubt in there. Love you, Chef Babette!
Ms. Davis is my hero! ❤
I just wanted to say thank you so much for this. I’m 42 years old. I’ve been on this journey of changing my diet not eating process food but still in a sense eat and process food but no meat no meat at all no meat I don’t eat any type of meat, but I still, buy things without me but still process you know so what I really think will help the community is a change a change with me because it’s the cooking part for me. You are beautiful and I just thank you. You just gave me more inspiration never a time consistency is what it is.
Another beautiful podcast and very inspirational!
LOVE THIS WOMAN,,,
I love her,watching from South Africa🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
I thought I had chronic fatigue. I take vitamins. I take care of myself. I couldn’t even make it through the day as soon as I started taking CMOS total game changer it was instantaneously I get through my day and I feel 100 times better.
Chef Babette can lecture to “doctors” if anything! You go girl! My Diva ❤️❤️❤️
My SheRo ‼️
at 64 and relatively new Vegan with a workout purpose, I'm just getting started‼️ looking happily forward to what my future is about to bring and what I'm going to bring to the Future 👊🏾💃🏾👊🏾
watching since a few month Rich Roll and just read his book, I just have to put out a huge thank you. 💪😎 Bam!!
Best interview on this subject I’ve ever seen and heard. ❤️
I came here for this spectacular lady and i stayed for Rich❤
Thank you for sharing this information. I'm a first-time listener. I loved it! You're right. Chef B. has great energy and her superpower is her aspirational way of being. You also hit on a critical point. I agree that it takes an "act of courage" to make the necessary changes to learn self-love and become a better human being. Chef B. is a badass. I love her energy. Great video! 💚
She is the best!
This was absolutely fantastic! Thank you both , Chef Babette was an inspiration! Best wishes from London x
I really needed to hear this. Thankyou to both of you 🌱✌🏽
This talk was so inspiring and beautiful! Thank you, Rich and Babette! I'm turning 43 soon. Have been vegan for 3 years together with my husband and out 2 children. What a journey! Much love your way from a regular viewer in Ukraine! Hugs
Two beautiful beings ❤️☀️❤️
What I would encourage is a periodic visit to a gynecologist who will when asked draw blood for general testing.
some times ypu dont go because you feel ill, you go to checkup to keep feeling well.
exactly
As always Rich another awesome show!!! Keep sharing the knowledge 💪🏾💪🏾
Hey now... we have ALL crawled around on the floor in hopes of finding that SOMEthing we NEEED🧐🧐🧐! Lols😁
The dynamics this episode, are off. the. charts. Loved the banter, energy, everything.
You know YOU. If you're feeling good, you're GOOD! - Docs... are trained to look for something wrong. And some... (not all THANK GOD)... just will keep going until they find something as in ANYthing... OR (as I have experienced ONCE) be disappointed if they don't. Don't go...
This was lovely, thank you both ❤❤
