    Thanks Samuel, my sticking point was how much comission to give to property owner. Because they definitely would be asking whats in it for them? Guess I've got brush up on my sales pitch and stick to that 20 percent.

    I have a question..
    You mentioned in one of your earlier videos for example to perhaps look at independent pubs, which I have a few nearby BUT playing devil's advocate if I was the license holder..
    I would be saying well what is the incentive of putting it in the pub because my punters can buy snacks, nuts, drinks etc behind the bar and I as the publican get that income.
    How do you counter this perfectly valid point?

    • @Samuelheaton10
      @Samuelheaton10  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Very valid point! The counter augment would be two things. First would be the charitable element, business like to have a good image and giving to charity through the machine sales is very enticing for them. Secondly the snacks aren’t always sold for examples Pringles or sweets for kids. I always say that Pringles are salty so they entice more people to buy drinks from the pub and/or sweets in cool pots for children seem to keep them entertained, leaving parents wanting to stay longer. Your absolutely right that there are always counter points but this is what has worked for me! Thanks for watching🙏🏻

      @@Samuelheaton10 Great. Thanks for that. Just a follow up on the charitable aspect, if I have understood you correctly in some of the videos you would pitch this as a carousel and then do you donate some of the profits on a monthly basis to your charity, because the carousel obviously wouldn't be branded according to the charity..

    • @Samuelheaton10
      @Samuelheaton10  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@squibworth yes exactly but you can get stickers to put on the machine to show that donations go to the charity.

    Hi Samuel, I was wondering how you go about doing the market research for tip number 1?

    • @Samuelheaton10
      @Samuelheaton10  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Best thing to do is literally go to places that may have them in! Pubs, Offices, Factories, Leisure centres. It really is trial and error but after some looking around you will soon realise that you are either in a saturated or no saturated market!

      Thanks again@@Samuelheaton10 . What if you need to relocate a machine due to the location not working out? Surely this would cost a lot to hire someone?

    • @Samuelheaton10
      @Samuelheaton10  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@alistairkhandy7692 hopefully if you get a good location that won’t be necessary however pallet trucks are £50 on Facebook marketplace and you would have to rent a van for the day. In any business things can go wrong so try and mitigate problems and find a great location!

    Hi Samuel! Awesome video mate! Question, Im moving from South Africa to the UK in the next few months and im going to be starting a vending machine business, what red tape do i have to get through? Obviously register a company, what kind is best? Also what permits or licenses will I need? Thanks!

    • @Samuelheaton10
      @Samuelheaton10  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would always check your local council here in the UK. That being said I would alwyas say it is best to be a sole trader as oppose to a Ltd company. Much easier until you are trading at a larger level! Permits etc again very council dependant.

    How can you get your machine in with no commission ect, if for example you are using there electric to plugg in your vending machine

    • @Samuelheaton10
      @Samuelheaton10  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You have to see yourself as an equal. You are providing a service to increase productivity for staff or enjoyment for customers. You are placing a £2k machine for free. Electricity should not be paid for by yourself.

    • @Samuelheaton10

      You can either pay a courier for a one time drop off or negotiate delivery with the vending company!

    I’m a maintenance engineer. I want to start a service engineering business for vending machine owners. I think there is a sizeable market place where i am based. How do i get in contact with vendors?

    • @Samuelheaton10
      @Samuelheaton10  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      In terms of getting in contact with vendors it really wouldn’t be forte. That being said if you simply go out and look at vending machines many of them have contact numbers on them but apart from that I’m afraid that’s all I can think of. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻

    whats your thoughts on renting full line machines for 30 - 50 £ a month?

    • @Samuelheaton10

      Completely up to you but you have to see how long you are locked in to the agreement. I would say try and start the business in cash to begin with so you have little overheads!
