Hello everyone, sadly it looks like a demo has not been uploaded for Petit Island or Kemono Teatime 😔
It was my understanding that demos were a requirement to take part in Steam Next Fest, but I also should have double-checked every game so I'd like to apologise for that. Hopefully we'll see a demo for both games in the future.

The graphics on that Hinterburg game look beautiful. So many good cozy games on the horizon.

It's nice to see a cozy game list willing to branch out a bit more. It saves it from being nothing but farming and life sims. :)

I wanted to mention a couple demos that weren't in this video but I thoroughly enjoyed and recommend:
1. I Just Want to Be Single!! (this one is like a reverse dating sim, so fun, and I loved the writing, so funny!)
2. Lok (unique puzzle game - which I saw is on the spreadsheet too)
3. Dungeon Clawler (This one sounds like its not cosy bc its a dungeon crawler but its actually like a deckbuilder and a *claw game* mixed with a dungeon crawler, and the art is really adorable. I think it was very fun and cosy, and not too difficult either!)

The games I am most looking forward to from this list are Fields of Mistria and Love, Ghostie. I had a ton of fun with both demos.

@@Cozygamingclub It's part of the Wholesome Direct show of the entire Summer Games Fest that started on the 7th. It does have a demo! I haven't tried it yet but it's been on my wishlist for a while now. Hope this helps :)

REKA, SCHiM, and Dungeons of Hinterberg have been on my wishlist for a while now! I did playtests for each of them and am so excited to jump back in for their demos 🥳 along with like 14 other titles from Next Fest lol.. it’ll be a busy week 🤪

I've set an alarm for Fields of Mistria's EA for a month, 3 weeks, one week and one day before it just so I can make sure I have the money to buy it lol
I have been sooo excited over Amber Isle for awhile now! Also kickstarted Sally and the game just looks so amazing and promising. I missed my chance to back Ova Magica though ;-; which I regret! Aaah excited about too many games on this video.

Kemono Teatime reminds me of an old PS1 game called Milano or whatever
Basically your parents are in a honeymoon you are given like 40 days to do whatever but in the day you play fun minigame jobs that the better your grades the more you unlock more fun jobs and in the night you enjoy yourself in your cosy cabin, you can cook or watch tv, maximum is 2 or 3 activity before you go to sleep.
Then before you sleep you can order furniture from catalog spending your hard earned job money.
The more you have nice decor the more your scoring be good.
In the end after 40 days are up your family goes home. Credits play. And you have final grade. At most i can reach B but one thing that's sure is that you have to start from beginning afterwards.
That Milano game won't look out of place for an indie game nowadays btw
I've downloaded demos for Fields of Mistria, Garden Witch Life, Magic Harvest, Go Go Town, Haunted House Renovator, and Galaxy Burger so far. I want to try Reka, it looks really cool. Played the Tavern Talk demo earlier this weekend and loved it! This weekend (and your video) has now put Mirthwood, Tiny Glade, Neko Odyssey, Catffee Time, Fantastic Haven, Farlands, Wish Upon a Llama, Catto's Post Office, and Katsl on my radar. I do really want to try Farlands, but I found it weird how the specs say 500mb needed for storage, but the demo is over 3gb, so I haven't tried it yet. Has anyone else tried Farlands and can recommend it? Thanks for your lovely video, it was very helpful as always :)

Yaoling looks nothing like pokemon. lol... you can catch monsters? yea, but the combat is more like a random android gacha like Monster Super League. lol
Amber Isle is just Animal Crossing with dinos.
Just Crow Things is just Untitled Goose Game with Crows.
Ova Magica looks like an evolved Slime Rancher
Love Ghostie seems fun
Petit Island also seems fun
On Your Tail kinda looks like furry bs, I hope it isn't.
Cat Quest III may be nice... I have CQ II on EPIC, but never played.
I'll probably play all those I mentioned, except Ova Magica... Slime Rancher drove me nuts. I can't bear that game. lol
Kemono Teatime doesn't seems my type of game, buuuuuuuuuuut....
