Make more videos , want to know how your going to control the om648 , I have a 2005 e320 cdi om648 and will be putting the engine in a 2008 R350 4matic , need to figure out how to use the 7 speed auto and if I'm going to run the e320 wiring ecu dash ect.
Don't use the clutch disk that came with he borg and beck kit, it will break the spring hub at 400+ HP, just use a standard Mercedes one or Aftermarket equivalent from the cdis although you will have a bit of noise at idle with these Disks and SMF. Have your flywheel machined to the 765 PP, lower the flywheel because of the throw out bearing and be careful with the PP to Flywheel gap around 2.5 to 2.8mm with the clutch disk for correct disengagement. That is the perfect clutch setup for the 606 :)
U know of any aftermarket flywheel manufacturer who makes a flywheel for the earlier m102/3, om601-3, that uses the longer shaft transmission w the pilot bearing in the crankshaft? Thanks.

I made the next video or two already but took them off line. I need to rewatch them to see why people are so confused. In short, it looks like the VW 2.0 TDI with a puck disc will hold 810nm and the Sachs HD cover. The throw on the VW bearing is shorter than the MB so the release should be just fine too.

Good call. The audi disc is the same thickness and unsprung, maybe I should use that.
