Hey, how about the 2003 model mustang convertible?

2020 mustang. Top went back/open but will not close. Can hear clicking noise from both rear motors on top frame. Checked fuses. What could it be? How can I reset the top? Can only dealer reset top?

The click noise sounds like a relay click. The click noise happens each time I press the switch... until I press it too many times and then it needs to cool down for a while I guess before the click comes back.
