I have been struggling with this so much and I have a feeling you could teach this better than anyone else.

LOVE this explanation!! I am working on it! I was wondering what you do to work on you abdominal muscles? I have the "spare tire" of roll of fat around my upper waistline that I am binding (waist training) to get rid of, but curious if you have any tips? Thank you for sharing this!!

I'm glad you find it useful 💛 Answering your question, I don't do anything in particular to give my body any shape, I do train my core doing planks and similar excersices, as a part of my workouts, but other than that, I don't do anything specific, As far as I know everyone have a different body shape and apart from a generalised gain or loss of weight, there is not much we can do to change the shape of our bodies.
