    Hi Catherine - thank you very much for your helpful tutorial. I still search for another feature. I have used a color in several documents and would like to adjust the color. Can this be done at once? Like change the color in my palette and then it changes it in all documents I used that very color? Thank you for your reply!

    Harder to do on more complex drawings so my advice is alpha lock the layer and then draw on top of the lineart (same layer) in the colour you want. this means you can also have colours gradients in your lineart too.

    Dilemma: I drew in black w/ the opacity low. How would I go about making my drawing outline black & opac ?

    • @NapTimeAlternative
      @NapTimeAlternative  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There are two options, Duplicate it several times -- as many times as needed, then merge all of the layers once the image appears solid black. Or you can create a new layer and trace over the drawing that's too transparent.

    • @lilia9405
      @lilia9405 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    If I wanted to paint the cup . How do I protect the black line of the picture to not color over it ! Please help !!!

    • @NapTimeAlternative
      @NapTimeAlternative  5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I'm sure there are a few ways to do it, but if it were me I'd create a layer underneath the cup, then paint on that new layer so if you get slightly out of the lines, it'll be covered by the black outline since the coffee cup layer would be on top.
      If you're just wanting to simply fill the cup with a solid color, it shows how to do that in this video. =)

      Alpha lock the line layer -then paint. Either on the same layer or a new one. Place the paint layer under the line layer to keep it visible.
