I have no idea about Italian panoramic trains, There are a few options from Italy to Switzerland.
From Tirano (IT) to St. Moritz (CH) or from Tirano to Chur (CH) with Bernina Express, these routes are truly wonderful.

There is another option from Italy: Lugano (CH) is just1 hour and 15 minutes away from Milano Centrale. Then you can take the Gotthard Panorama Express from Lugano to Flüelen. From Flüelen you can travel to Lucerne on a beautiful ship

Chur is the best option, as Switzerland's two best panoramic trains (Bernina and Glacier Express) operate here. Interlaken is also good, there is Lucerne - Interlaken Express & Golden Pass Express, but I prefer Chur.
