I understand because it's just like praying for some thing and leave it in the hands of God and when God answers u u just remember u did pray about it I always tell people that when ever u pray don't worry about it if u worry u can't get answers

I've reached similar conclusions albeit in a much different way. It's so interesting how despite living completely separate lives we both arrived to a similar position, wish I had a video like this 10 years ago haha

I wish u had made this video a year back.. god, I wasted a year to realize the same. After multiple failures, I was devastated by myself with no hopes. But gradually started back picking pace by learning how to cope up with life, work with hobbies that were just in my mind, taking courses to learn new things to improve professionally and personally, making a habit of speaking with people and learn how they overcome failures, started accepting & asking suggestions from elders, quitting all bad habits, making a healthier lifestyle... uff and many more to come out of depression and finally learn to live in the present without attaching with the outcomes & be happy. Well, that's a great video and hope to see more.

I loved your 7 lessons from 30s. I love this video as well. I think I am in a similar situation like you. Your advice makes so much sense to me. Thank you for taking the time to take all these video. BTW, it is kinda cool to see you age through all the thumbnails.

Yup, this was the video I've been searching for. I noticed that removing attachment / obsessive control from a situation reduces my stress levels. But when you search "detachment" you will most find spiritual gurus telling you about the law of attraction. Really appreciated your grounded and practical approach!

That is a great idea to enjoy what we are doing and less obsession over the final result which we may get years later, i often forget that because my goal is my drive for action but i have to enjoy doing the liittle things more like studying to achieve a specific thing for example
