As I cook for only one, would this recipe make one regular loaf of bread or 2 loafs ?? I have a small pullman loaf pan and would love to try this flour !!! Via Amazon I googled how many cups are in 2.2 lbs flour. Per google 7-8 cups, therefore 7-8 cups per bag of Italian flour.
Thank you for this recipe demonstration! I always thought bagels were out of the question for me because of all the time intensive boiling of the bread. This was easy peezy and I will give it try. However, the price of that bread flour is outside of my budget and you used one bag for twelve bagels!!! You guys must be rich making these bagels two to three times a week😳. Get some rest and feel better! I’m making a correction regarding the flour. Shame on me, I was looking at the price for a 11lb bag 😂!!!
No - not rich by any means - I don’t have much choice though if I don’t want to feel sick. Gluten free products are even more expensive and not all are vegan.

These are rolls, not bagels. Bagels are boiled before baked and don't have oil in them.
