How to grill marinated steak kabobs on the Weber Kettle - Step by Step

  • Today we make smoked/ grilled Ny strip steak kabobs on the Weber Kettle 22.5. we tried to stay at a temp of 260 to 300 the entire time it takes roughly 45 min to 1 hr cooking time.

    Kabobs on the Weber Kettle. It don't get much better then that. defiantly a staple in my house, at least 3-4 times a year. good stuff brother.

      @@NorthTexasBBQAddicts I'll usually go with RibEye and I'll stick some sliced bacon next to the meat for some flare ups. Love it chard. Also has to be done charcoal...

      What's New BBQ let me rephrase that. It’s more like an insert to smoke. Remove a grate and slide the insert in. Then I’d need to add the smoking chips.
