- Hey everyone! FINALLY I can show you our empty house tour! We made an offer on this house back in June so its been a long time coming waiting to get the keys and complete on this house and show you! This is our absolute dream house in terms of the lay out and size - it isnt completely to our taste but we are so excited to get decorating and changing things as we know we can turn this space into the perfect space for us! Don’t think you should change the wood effect tiles either. Much more timeless than grey. Grey is very much the fad at the moment but I think it will soon start to date. Keep your floors neutral and add your own personality with accessories which you can easily and inexpensively change as often as you like. Just my thoughts, but I’m sure you’ll make a great job of it all.

Couldn't agree more, plus I've got identical flooring to that in my kitchen that's only 2 years old.

this house is amazing! congratulations to you and Jordan. don't do grey overkill, when I moved into my house I had grey and white everywhere and now really regret it because it's fading out as a home trend and just feels cold and basic. neutral earth tones are much more warm and inviting. maybe go with "greige" carpets so that they go with both cool and warm tones. Xxx
Thank you i 100% agree! When i say grey I do mean what you said by greige! I dont want cold grey, we want warm greys that work with both grey and creams! We want the house to be a mix of warm greys, creams, beiges, white. Really neural colours. We are going for a creamy grey colour for the some of walls which works perfectly with cream interior which we want in alot of the rooms! ❤️ xx

My home was mainly beiges and pines back in the 80”s then went to black furniture, then wood again but now back to black, silver and grey right through the house and absolutely love it ❤️
