Your home is absolutely beautiful, you must be incredibly proud. I love how you have an adult sitting room; we have a 3 bed semi-detached, my daughter has her own room and our cubs (I don't like clustering them together as "the boys", purely personal opinion) share the attic room, which is huge. They can have all their toys downstairs throughout the day but when they go to bed, everything goes back up. In the evening, it looks like we don't have children as downstairs becomes an adult space. We have friends and family that are horrified by that but I point out that they have the luxury of their own bedrooms, I have to share mine with my husband! I was wondering if you ever had comments as to having a no child space for yourselves? I seem to definitely be in a minority when it comes to this.

How have you found the house? We are thinking of buying the same one at our local development but I’ve heard really bad things about Charles Church parent company, Persimmon Homes. Interested to hear what snags and issues you’ve come across?
Ahh the dreaded snagging list - our friends had a list with 123 items!! I have seen one of these as a showhouse - which was beautiful -

Omgoobers. Houses in the US, or at least in Ohio, must have a closet (wardrobe) to be considered a. Ed room. But this is so pretty! But may I ask....why so many doors in the homes there?

Hi Angela. It’s a hard question to answer without seeing. But he would always recommend taking up floor , screeding and starting a fresh x

i find it so weird in the uk how in bathrooms so many have just a sink not cabinet with inbuilt sink for storage

Your house is very beautiful 👌🏼 but the hallway is too small you have a lot of space to have a large hallway
Nice house, just a shame the layout is a little clunky and it just seems a little too top heavy atm.

Gta Ghale Gurung The price of the house, sure but the rest of it...they're not questions you should ask. I've never seen anyone ask what bank someone has gotten a mortgage from. That's so creepy.
